It is increasing to use ID card and passport for identification as development of information communication technology on 21century. But image of human face that uses for e-passport and admission tag is inserted on RFID chip without any encryption process, or is encrypted using general encryption process. These demands are ever increasing in such business circles, as e-trade businesses where various e-documents go through complex routes and the ownerships of the documents are transferred through a number of parties, and logistics, legal and pharmaceutics circles in which the subjects who record, maintain and read e-documents continue changing. The existing encryption algorithms to ensure the originality of e-documents generally encode the whole area of documents with a symmetric key, so if a user discloses the corresponding symmetric key, it becomes impossible to secure the safety of related documents. In addition, the algorithms have a disadvantage that a user should show the entire information including unnecessary parts (unwanted parts) to receivers in case the entire area of a document is encrypted. This study, thus, proposes a scrambling encryption technique, by which a user, while issuing a registered e-document to a third party, can send partial data of the document, not the entire information, in order to prevent unnecessary leaking of information, improve the readability of documents and use a hash function instead of a complicated encryption process in changing values of image pixels to relocate the image. The proposed system is designed, implemented and tested in performance. In the test, the safety and the operation speed of the system are measured, and with test results, the system is verified in validity and superiority..

In this paper, a real-time experimental of Hand Gesture SEMG signal using Spectral Estimation and Linear Vector Quantization for Two-Wheel Vehicle Control is proposed. The raw SEMG signals been captured from SEMG amplifier, up to 4 channels of Auto Regressive (AR) power spectral density (PSD) responses data will be combined and a fine tuning step by using LVQ will then incorporate for pattern classification. The database then been build and use for real-time experimental control classification. Captured data will send through serial port and Two-Wheel Machine will receive and move accordingly. The detail of the experiment and simulation conducted described here to verify the differentiation and effectiveness of combined channels PSD method SEMG pattern classification of hand gesture for real-time control.

Most augmented reality (AR) applications in prepared environments implement illumination mechanisms between real and synthetic objects to achieve best results. This approach is beneficial to tracking technologies since additional visual cues provide seamless real-synthetic world integration. This research focuses on providing a projective illumination technique to aid augmented reality tracking technologies that work in unprepared environments where users are not allowed to modify the real environment, such as in outdoor applications. Here, we address the specific aspects of the common illumination problems such as efficient update of illumination for moving objects and camera calibration, rendering, and modeling of the real scene. Our framework aims to lead AR applications in unprepared environments with projective illumination regardless of the movement of real objects, lights and cameras.

This paper presents a novel method for the objective quality evaluation of letterings at the example of laser markings. The proposed method enables an automated quality evaluation during random inspection of small quantities of frequently changing items. The markings are segmented from the image within a first step and compared against a master piece in the second step. Each character and contour is evaluated with regard to completeness, contrast, edge width and homogeneity according to quality criteria based on the human visual perception. Thus our approach provides an user-independent evaluation method with high repeatability and reproducibility for its industrial application.
