Hair science, which hairdressers learn as a beauty subject, mainly learns the physical structure of hair. This is because the field of biochemistry was omitted in explaining hair science, and if you know the terms in the field of biochemistry accurately, you will be able to understand the hair protein reaction faster than before even if you learn the same structure. Therefore, this study was intended to be helpful for hair consultation in the future by examining the protein structure used as a basis in the field of biochemistry and explaining the bonding structure mentioned in hair science in the field of beauty. Just by looking at the simple biochemical theory of alpha helix structure, beta sheet structure, and protein folding and protein types, you can easily understand the protein used for hair, and I think it will be a foundation that you do not need to learn.
