A press which has a 20 percent share in machine tools is one of the production facilities. The press has been used to make a hole or to bend metal plates. However, recently hydraulic press is used to reinforce competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. The press by using metal powder makes products without additional process while conventional processing machine makes products after removing unnecessary parts. In this way, large quantity of products can be produced in a short time. Researches to manufacture products by the press have been proceeding after 1970. In this study, structure and displacement analysis for punch used as the component for hydraulic press was investigated and structural stability was identified based on the results

The purpose of this study was to produce a prototype after performing the design for the traditional flooring Hanji after coating. It performs the following test results were as follows. The prototype was commissioned to establish optimal coating conditions through. The production of high quality flooring can be produced after the year 192,000 sheets. Largely due to the coating operation to improve hand and contributed to improving the working environment.

The purpose of this study is to improve a process of the automatic manufacturing system for producing a phosphor bronze wire developed the previous study. For this purpose, the authors have improved the manufacturing process, such as wire tension control, discoloration, winding and the control appears as a problem when the automatic manufacturing system applied to the field. Also, performance tests for the developed system such as the straightness, tensile strength, hardness, diameter deviation, discoloration have been performed. As a result, we could product the 0.35mm of phosphor bronze wire with continuous processes. The performance of the prototype system satisfies all the objects of this study.

Because of environmental and resource depletion issue, there is a growing interest in eco-friendly vehicle, especially electric car. The small electric city car, called "Micro Mobility" has gained in popularity because of generalization of households under two or less members. In this study, to improve mechanical characteristics of Micron Mobility, 2-speed planetary transmission is designed, manufactured, and its efficiency is verified.
