This study studied the relationship between job expertise, job satisfaction, digital literacy, and management performance among licensed real estate agents. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the professional awareness of real estate agents has a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance, and also has a positive effect on job satisfaction. In addition, the job satisfaction of licensed real estate agents was found to have a positive effect on non-financial performance, but had no statistical significance on financial performance, and job satisfaction was found to play a partial mediating role in the effect of job expertise on business performance. In addition, digital literacy was found to play a moderating role in the impact of job expertise on job satisfaction and management performance. The results of this study suggest that real estate agents need to strengthen their professional awareness, be satisfied with their jobs, and actively utilize digital literacy in their work.

본 연구는 개업공인중개사를 대상으로 직업전문성과 직무만족, 디지털 리터러시, 경영 성과와의 관계를 연구하였다. 분석 결과 개업공인중개사의 전문의식은 재무성과와 비재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 직무만족에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 개업공인중개사의 직무만족은 비재무성과에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 재무성과에 통계적 유의성이 없는 것 으로 나타났으며, 직업전문성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족이 일부 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 직업전문성이 직무만족과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에서 디지털 리터러시가 일부 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 개업공인중개사는 전문의식을 강화하고, 자신의 직업에 만족할 필요가 있으며, 업무에 디지털 리터러시를 적극 활용할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
