The purpose of this study is to investigate whether it is possible for an organization to increase the security policy compliance intention of organizational members by controlling LMX and relationship satisfaction factors, which are important relational and psychological factors to organizational members, repectively. To this end, this study collected data through a survey targeting workers in the private and public sectors. As a result of data analysis, it was found that both LMX and relationship satisfaction not only directly affect job satisfaction, but also significantly affect the intention to comply with security policies through mediating roles of job satisfaction. The analysis results and implications discussed in this study are expected to be used as useful information for developing strategies to improve the intention of compliance with security policies of organizational members.

본 연구의 목적은 조직구성원들의 관계적, 심리적 요인인 LMX와 관계만족 요인 을 통제함으로써 조직구성원들의 보안정책 준수의도를 높이는 것이 가능한지를 규 명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 민간 및 공공 부문의 근로자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 데이터 분석 결과, LMX와 관계만족 요인 모두는 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 직무만족의 매개 역할을 통해 보안정책 준수의도에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 논의된 분석결과와 시사점은 조직구성원들의 보안정책 준수의도를 향상시키기 위한 전략을 개발하는 데 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
