This study derives the factors of job satisfaction through the study of the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of businessmen, and analyzes the effect of job satisfaction on business performance to improve the job environment and improvement measures to improve business performance. . In order to achieve these research objectives, the FGI survey was conducted with executives and experts from the Korea Real Estate Brokers Association, which has been in the brokerage business for more than 5 to 10 years in Seoul. In order to increase job satisfaction and improve business performance by a business broker, first, it is necessary to improve customer service and systematic customer management. To this end, employee service training is provided and regular real estate information is provided. Second, real estate-related organizations and networks should be revitalized. It is necessary to acquire new information and discover joint brokerage through exchanges with real estate-related organizations. Third, it is necessary to improve real estate-related policies. Real estate policy is closely related to the realization of real estate transactions. Real estate policy improvement should be entailed such as brokerage fees, real estate counseling fees.

본 연구는 개업공인중개사의 직무만족도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향연구를 통하여 직무만족의 요인을 도출하고, 직무만족이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 경영성과를 높일 수 있는 직무환경과 개선방 안을 제고 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울시특별에서 5년~10년 이상 중개업을 영위하고 있는 공인중개사와 한국공인중개사 협회 임원 및 전문가집단을 대상으로 (FGI)설문조사를 진행하였다. 개업공인중개사의 직무만족도를 높이고 경영성과를 높이려면 첫째, 고객서비스의 향상, 체계적 고객관리를 해야 한다. 이를 위해 직원서 비스교육 실시, 정기적인 부동산 정보제공을 해야 한다. 둘째, 부동산 관련 단체와 네트워크의 활성화를 해야 한다. 부동산관련단체와 교류를 통하여 새로운 정보를 습득하고 공동중개물건을 발굴해야 한다, 셋 째, 부동산관련 정책개선 등이 필요하다. 부동산정책은 부동산거래 활 성화와 밀접한 관계가 있다. 중개보수의 정률화, 부동산 상담 자문료 등 부동산정책 개선이 수반 되어야 한다.
