This research aims to draw practical assignments relating learning organization's activities of youth facilities and seek for the development of youth facilities in the future by understanding the level of learning organization's activities of youth facilities and analyzing the relationship between the level of learning organization's activities and organizational effectiveness. The summary of this research is as follows. It is found relatively high level of positive correlation between the cultivation level of learning organization's activities and organizational effectiveness. The members and youth facilities who have relatively high level of learning organization's activities of youth facilities and organizational effectiveness show high organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job performance. Based on this result, diverse method of efforts should be sought for spreading the learning of the individual youth worker and youth facilities to the youth by bringing the various ways of learning organization's activities such as study circles and suggestion system.

본 연구에서는 청소년기관의 학습조직 정도를 파악하고 학습조직 정도와 조 직 유효성의 관계를 분석하여 향후 청소년기관의 학습조직과 관련한 실천적 과제를 도출하고 청소년기관의 학습조직 발전을 모색해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 학습조직구축 수준과 조직유 효성은 비교적 높은 수준의 정적인 상관관계를 나타난 것을 확인할 수 있었 다. 학습조직구축 수준을 높게 인식하는 구성원일과 청소년기관 일수록 조 직몰입과 직무만족, 직무성과 또한 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학습동아리, 제안제도 등 학습조직 구축의 다양한 방법들 을 청소년기관에 도입하여 청소년지도자 개인이 느끼는 학습의 수준과 청소 년기관의 수준이 청소년들에게 전이될 수 있도록 다양한 방법적 노력이 모색되어야 한다.
