The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job closeness on career commitment and turnover intention by the relationship of various types of job arising from human relations or customer interactions . The results of this study are as follows. First, we investigate the relationship between work intention, career commitment, and turnover intention. First, it was verified that the degree of job security of private security guards had a positive (+) influence on career commitment. Second, career commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. However, it was found that the degree of job security of private security guards did not affect the turnover intention significantly. The results of this study have recognized the importance of the management plan for job security of private security guards and confirmed the implications for effective management of private security companies.

본 연구는 민간경비원들이 업무 수행 및 조직 목적을 달성하기 위하여 조직 내 인간관계 또는 고객과의 상호작용에서 생기는 여러 형태의 직무에 대한 연관성으로 직무착근도가 경력몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 검증을 목적으로 한다. 즉, 연구목적인 직무착근도와 경력몰입, 이직의도와의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 경남지역의 경비업체에서 근무하는 민간경비원을 대상으로 조사·분석 후 다음과 같은 연구결과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 직무착근도는 경력몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미침을 검증하였다. 둘째, 경력몰입은 이직의도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만, 민간경비원의 직무착근도는 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 주지 못한 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 민간경비원의 직무착근도의 관리방안에 대한 중요성을 인식시켜 주었으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 민간경비업체의 효과적인 인적관리 개선방안에 관한 시사점을 확인하였다.
