The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for establishing a maritime police organization and human resource management practices through an analysis of job burnout and job satisfaction of the maritime police officer. A nationwide survey to 470 people a marine officer job burnout is to analyze the impact on job satisfaction and whether the differences in personal characteristics Maritime police officers were empirically. Analysis of non-human emotion and exhaustion of job burnout is affecting the hygiene factors and motivational factors of job satisfaction, work experience and personal characteristics into a class lower the depersonalization, emotional exhaustion appears higher job satisfaction was low. more analysis is severe work stress and psychological burnout job satisfaction level is relatively low entry-level class of police officer-senior police officer are substantially more experience, so much physical fatigue is responsible for on-site work, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, tension. Therefore, improving working methods and staff welfare, including supplements and motivation, burnout symptoms suggest that the training program is required and fix themselves.

이 연구의 목적은 해양경찰공무원의 직무탈진과 직무만족에 대한 분석을 통하여 해양경찰 조직 및 인적자원관리 방안을 수립하는데 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 전국 해양경찰관 470명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 직무탈진이 직무만족에 미치는 영 향을 분석하고 해양경찰공무원 개인적 특성에 따라 차이가 나는지를 실증적으로 분 석하였다. 분석결과 직무탈진의 비인간성과 감정소진이 직무만족의 위생요인과 동기 요인에 영향을 미치고, 개인적 특성으로는 계급과 근무경력이 낮을수록 비인간성, 감 정소진이 높게 나타나고 직무만족은 낮게 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과 업무스트레스 와 심리적인 탈진정도가 심하고 직무만족이 상대적으로 낮은 하위직 순경-경장은 실 질적으로 현장업무를 담당하므로 신체적 피로, 외상성 스트레스, 불안감, 긴장감 등 을 더 많이 경험하므로 근무방법 개선과 인원보충 및 복지제도 등 동기부여, 탈진증 상을 스스로 인지하고 해결할 교육훈련 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.
