플랫폼 산업의 영향으로 패션 산업과 패션 브랜드전략의 변화가 나타났다. 패션 산업에서 플랫폼의 영향 력이 지속해서 높아지고 있지만, 전통적인 패션브랜드의 높은 시장 장벽을 극복한 플랫폼 기반 패션브랜드의 브랜드전략 개발에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 플랫폼 기반 패션브랜드의 전략적 차이 를 전략 요소로 알아본 후 유형별 브랜드전략의 가이드라인을 체계화하고 제안하는 것이다. 연구방법은 문헌 연구, 사례연구 그리고, 전문가 심층 면접으로 진행하였다. 가이드 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 전문가 3인과의 심층 면접과 동료 그룹 평가를 통해 내용 검증을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 플랫폼 기반 패션브랜드의 운영 전략 유형은 전통개선형, 사회적 가치결합형, 개인맞춤형, 커뮤니케이션형 등 4개 유형으로 분석되었다. 유형화된 브랜드전략에서 도출된 6단계의 전략 가이드의 내용을 보면 1~4단계는 전략의 설계와 내용, 5단계는 효과성 검증 그리고, 6단계는 전략효과에 따른 유형 수정 방법이었다. 연구의 의의로는 전통적 패션브랜드의 전략과 플랫폼 기반 패션브랜드의 전략적 차이점에서 나타난 의미를 찾아낸 것이었다. 또한 패션브랜드 고유의 브랜 드전략을 제안할 수 있는 이론적 틀의 제안이었다. 이를 기반으로 플랫폼 산업환경에 필요로 한 플랫폼 기반 패션브랜드의 전략 가이드를 제안할 수 있었다. 플랫폼 속성이 반영된 전략 가이드 제안은 패션 산업계의 필요를 반영한 것으로 실무적 가이드라인이 될 수 있다. 이러한 브랜드전략 분석과 가이드라인 제안은 플랫 폼 산업의 영향을 받는 패션브랜드의 전략을 학문적으로 체계화될 수 있으며, 또한 현시점에서 연구되는 플 랫폼 기반 패션브랜드의 브랜드전략 개발은 패션 산업의 라이프사이클 문제와 발전적 고려 사항을 논의할 수 있는 기준과 내용을 제시하는 데 의의가 있다.

Under the influence of the platform industry, there have been changes in the fashion industry and fashion brand strategies. Although the influence of platforms in the fashion industry continues to increase, research on the development of brand strategies for platform-based fashion brands that overcame the high market barriers of traditional fashion brands is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to formalize and propose guidelines for brand strategies by type after examining strategic differences between platform-based fashion brands according to strategic factors. The research was conducted through literature research, case study, and in-depth interviews with experts. In order to secure the reliability of the guide, content verification was conducted through in-depth interviews with three experts and peer group evaluations. As a result of the study, the operation strategies of platform-based fashion brands were analyzed into four types: tradition- improvement, social value combination, personalization, and communication. According to the content of the six-step strategy guide derived from the categorized brand strategies, step 1 to 4 were the design and content of the strategy, step 5 was the effectiveness verification, and step 6 was the type modification according to the strategic effect. The significance of the study was to find the meaning from the strategic difference between traditional and platform-based fashion brands. Its significance also lied in proposing a theoretical framework unique to fashion brands. Based on these above, it was possible to propose a strategic guide for platform-based fashion brands necessary for the platform industrial environment. Strategic guide proposals reflecting platform attributes reflect the needs of the fashion industry and can be practical guidelines. These brand strategy analyses and guidelines suggestions can organize the strategy of fashion brands affected by the platform industry from an academic perspective. In addition, the strategic development of platform-based fashion brands currently studied is meaningful in presenting standards and contents to discuss life cycle issues and developmental considerations in the fashion industry.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess nursing staff's work-related problems as perceived by their managers and thereafter develop strategies that would serve as a guide for nurse managers to manage these problems. Methods: A descriptive research design was used. The participants included in the study consisted of the following two groups: Group 1da convenience sample of 150 first-line managers working at three different hospitals; and Group 2da panel of experts for the Delphi technique, selected using the Snowball sampling technique. Tools for data collection included the following: Tool 1dquestionnaire about nursing staff's problems; Tool 2dDelphi technique to develop strategies for managing nursing staff's problems; and Tool 3dopinionnaire format. Results: The recruited first nurse managers were of the opinion that job stress, work overload, conflict, workplace violence, poor performance, staff turnover, demotivation, lack of empowerment, and staff absenteeism were among the common problems faced by staff nurses at work. Conclusion: From the expert panelists’ perspectives, the newly developed strategy in this study was considered valid; the researchers recommend the strategy developed in this study to be universalized in different health care settings and used as a guide for nurse managers.

In this talk, we represent a novel approach to investigating intra-nanorod surface plasmon coupling with control over block compositions. The multi-component rod-like nanostructures, which consist of optically active components (Au and Ag) and optically less active component (for example, Ni) in UV-vis-NIR spectral window, showed interesting optical response depending on each block length and the total length of the structure. By controlling the composition and relative lengths of the blocks that comprise these structures, we can tailor the overall optical properties. Depending on the relative fraction of Au and Ag blocks, the intensity of the transverse modes varied without noticeable peak shifts. However, the strong intraparticle surface plasmon coupling resulted in the collective appearance of longitudinal LSP modes, including higher-order modes. The experimental observations were confirmed by theoretical calculation, using a discrete dipole approximation method. In addition, we will briefly discuss how single nanorod solar cells can be synthesized by using by using electrochemical deposition and AAO hard templates.

연구 목적: 이야기 구조화 전략 지도가 중학생의 메타인지와 독해력에 미치는 효과가 있는지 검증하는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구 방법: S 작은 도서관에 등록한 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 면접을 통해 선별한 9명을 실험집단으로 선정했다. 실험집단에는 1회 120분씩 총 10회기의 이야기 구조화 전략 지도를 적용했다. 실험집단에 대해 사전검사와 사후검사를 실시하였으며, 이를 비교하기 위해 대응 표본 t 검증을 했다. 연구 내용: 이야기 구조화 전략 지도가 읽기 메타인지와 독해력에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과, 이야기 구조화 전략 지도는 중학생들의 읽기 메타인지와 독해력에 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 특히 읽기 메타인지 부분에서는 총체적 읽기 전략이 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 독해력 부분에서는 사실적 이해력 및 비판적 이해력에서 효과가 있었다. 그러나 추론적 이해력에서는 유의미한 효과가 없었다. 결론 및 제언: 이야기 구조화 전략을 반복 학습함으로써, 학생들이 읽기 메타인지와 독해력이 유의미하게 향상될 수 있다. ‘사전 지식 정교화’를 이야기 구조화 전략 지도와 함께 병행하여 지도함으로써 추론적 이해력을 향상시키는 방법이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of Story Structuring Strategy Guide on the middle school students’ reading metacognition and comprehension. Nine students were selected as the subjects of experimental group through interviews with the first-year middle school students registered at S Small Library. The story structuring strategy guide was implemented for 10 sessions to the experimental group. Pre and post-tests were conducted on the experimental group, and a paired-sample t-test was conducted to analyze the difference between the two measurements. In conclusion, Story Structuring Strategy Guide had a positive impact on the middle school students’ reading metacognition and comprehension.

The Chinese population is growing in affluence, with outbound tourism continuing to climb as more people can afford the International tourism experiences. WTO illustrates that China is expected to become the world’s largest market for international travel by 2020. China has been acknowledged as an important emerging market by the Korean inbound tourism industry. Tourism destinations such as Korea can influence pull factors including geographical proximity, structural accessibility, services and pro-tourism policies. In particular, infrastructural accessibility refers to availability of tourist guide signs, informations and quality of transportation linkages. Therefore, this study will contribute to the establishment of a improvement strategy in Chinese notation of tourist guide signs and a development marketing strategy for Chinese-speaking tourists in Korea.

이 노트는 국립해양조사원이 5년(2012~2016년)간에 걸쳐 지역해(동해, 황 동중국해) 수치예측시스템을 구축하여 자동으로 끊임없이 운영하면서 확보한 기술들 중 다음 3가지를 담고 있다. (1) 끊임없이 3일 해양예측 자료를 생산하기 위한 전략, (2) 매일 특정시각에 외부 해양 기상자료(HYCOM, NOAA/NCEP GFS)를 안정적으로 내려 받는 방법과 (3) 해양예측시스템 운영자들이 휴대전화 단문 메시지 서비스(Short Message Service)를 이용하여 해양예측시스템 수행 시 발생하는 시스템 오류를 신속하게 파악할 수 있는 기능에 관하여 기술하였다. 이들 기본 기술과 운영시스템 구성의 기본 개념은 지역해와 연안 해양 수치예측시스템을 자동으로 운영하는 체계를 구축하는 데 있어서 유용하게 사용될 것이다.

This note provides technical guide on three issues associated with establishing and automatically running regional ocean forecasting systems: (1) a strategy for continuous production of hourly-interval three-day ocean forecast data, (2) the daily download of ocean and atmospheric forecasting data (i.e., HYCOM and NOAA/NCEP GFS data), which are provided by outside institutions and used as initial condition, surface forcing, and boundary data for regional ocean models, and (3) error notifications to numerical model managers through the Short Message Service (SMS). Guidance on dealing with these three issues is illustrated via solutions implemented by the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency, since in embarking on this project we found that this procedural information was not readily available elsewhere. This technical guide is based on our experiences and lessons learned during the process of establishing and operating regional ocean forecasting systems for the East Sea and the Yellow and East China Seas over the 5 year period of 2012-2016. The fundamental approach and techniques outlined in this guide are of use to anyone wanting to establish an automatic regional and coastal ocean forecasting system.
