적응적 학습시스템은 학습자의 다양한 학습활동 특성을 반영하여 최적화된 학습을 지원하는 학습시스템을 의미하 며. 맞춤형 학습시스템, 개인화 시스템 등 그 특성에 따라 다양하게 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 적응적 학습시스템의 구성 요소를 IEEE에서 제시한 LTSA의 구성요소를 참조하여 탐색하였다, 그 결과, 적응적 학습시스템의 구성요소는 학습자 프로파일 모듈, 학습콘텐츠 및 학습자원 모듈, 학습활동 정보 모듈 및 적응학습 모듈로 탐색되었다.

Adaptive learning system means a learning system that supports optimized learning by reflecting characteristics of various learning activities of learners. The adaptive learning system is used variously according to its characteristics such as customized learning system and personalized learning system. In this study, the components of the adaptive learning system were searched with reference to the components of LTSA proposed by IEEE. As a result, the components of the adaptive learning system were found as learner profile module, learning contents and learning resource module, learning activity information module and adaptive learning module.
