The authors aimed to identify the problems and causes through this presentation by making analysis in the present condition of the management of small enterprises, which cover the bigger percent among all business entities in Mongolia, find the solutions and raise their options based on their and international experiences. Therefore, they concentrated mostly to identify practical problems in management of the SMEs based on the research works made by the secondary sources such as the governmental, public, international and professional organizations and institutes, study on SME laws and regulations and various reports of the projects and programs implemented in this field. Зохиогчид энэхүү илтгэлээрээ Монгол улсад ААНБ-ын дийлэнхийг эзэлдэг жижиг бизне сийн байгууллагуудын менежментийн өнөөгийн байдалд дүн шинжилгээ хийж, шалтгаан болоо д тулгамдаад байгаа асуудлуудыг тодорхойлох, олон улсын болон өөрсдийн хуримтлуулсан туршлага дээр үндэслэн шийдлийг олох, санал болгох юм. Үүний тулд ЖДБ-ийн хууль эрх зүйн орчи н, энэ чиглэлээр хийгдсэн төр, олон нийт, олон улсын болоод мэргэжлийн байгууллагуудаас х ийсэн хоёрдогч эх үүсвэрийн судалгаа, хэрэгжүүлсэн төслүүдийн тайлан материалд тулгуу рлан дүн шинжилгээ хийж менежментийн өмнө тулгамдаад байгаа асуудлыг бодитойгоор тодорхо йлоход гол анхаарлаа төвлөрүүлсэн болно.
