Today, our society has a real space and virtual space, in addition, social space that connected by a social network is formed. Social space is changing the way of communication from a one-way communication to interactive communication. As a result, the social human who actively implement in space of everyday life and a social communication that participation and communication, sharing of behavior are formed. In general, the cultural phenomenon of community society has a sustainability and integrity, and civil society has a change and separate. In contrast, social community has a reciprocity and relationship. This character of social community has a potentiality that has to harmonize in the between sustainability and integrity of the community and change and separate of the civil society. Thus, the cultural ethics of social community approach is needed. Ethical and cultural approach is the ethical approach that balanced and harmonious ethical ideal ought and actual cultural values to ensure the legitimacy of the decisions and actions Ethical and cultural approach will to build a correct and good system thinking and acting Ethical and cultural approach in social community is as follows. First, to a balanced blend of judgment, the judgment on the basis of a mutually critical thinking and caring thinking, and the rules and habits of thinking on the basis of it is required. Then ethical practice, it is performed the moral imagination of invisible world, and is required moral behavior considering the interests of society as a whole. To this end, a respect for others based on citizenship and a mutual recognition of community spirit, and virtue, such as courtesy and discretion, care, should be exerted. Today, in our society social community has the potentiality that is to complement the existing problems of the traditional community and to be converted into democratic civil society. The openness and flexibility of social communities can overcome the cronyism. Relationships and reciprocity of social communities can be overcome authoritarianism and collectivism. Our society has a high level of IT skills and social system, which can support such a strong sense of community spirit and harmony Now we should be sought a harmonious and balanced ethical ideal ought and actual cultural values based on relationships and reciprocity in the social communities and the process of consensus building, so that development of normative acts of social community, ensure smooth communication, and social community leadership

이 논문은 윤리와 문화를 아우러는 윤리문화 영역에서 윤리적 이상의 당위와 실제의 문화적 가치를 조화시킬 수 있는 윤리학의 새로운 연구방 법으로 ‘윤리문화적 접근’을 제시하고 있다. 윤리문화적 접근은 인간이 지향하는 공동선과 이상적 가치 를 설정하고 윤리적 실제에서 이를 어떻게 정당화할 것인가에 초점을 둔 윤리학의 연구방법론이다. 윤리문화적 접근방법은 우선 우리가 지향해야할 윤리적 이상의 당위 를 분명하게 규정하고 윤리적 이상의 당위가 실현되는 윤리적 실제에서 추구되는 문화적 가치를 명확하게 규명하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 윤리 적 이상의 당위와 실제의 문화적 가치를 균형적으로 조화시켜 판단하고 올바로 실천하는 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 즉 윤리적 이상의 당위와 실제 의 문화적 가치를 균형적으로 조화시켜 판단하고 이를 올바로 실천할 수 있는 규범성과 적실성을 구비한 윤리 도덕의 규범을 찾아나가는 연구방 법이다. 윤리문화적 접근은 일상생활에서 개인이 당면하거나 직면하는 윤리적 문제의 해결의 해결을 위한 사고와 행동체계는 물론이고 사회적 차원에 서 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 사회 전반에 걸친 제도나 정책, 법률 등을 기획하거나 설계하거나 집행하는 데 있어서 하나의 개념틀로서 널리 적 용될 수 있다. 윤리문화적 접근은 근본적으로 규범윤리적 성격을 갖고 있으면서도 옳음의 문제는 결과와 관련하여 긍정될 수 있어야 한다는 목적론적 요구 와 옳음은 좋음에 우선해야 한다는 의무론적 요구를 공동체의 공동선을 추구하는 덕론을 통해 균형적으로 조화시킬 수 있으며, 또한 법칙론적 윤 리의 성격을 갖고 있으면서도 윤리적 실제의 다원주의를 인정하고 모든 윤리적 문제들을 규범적으로 판단하며, 실천윤리학이나 응용윤리학의 성 격을 갖고 있으면서 응용윤리와 실천윤리의 영역을 아우를 수 있는 포괄 적인 학문영역이라는 점에서 기존의 규범윤리나 법칙론, 응용윤리와 사회 윤리와 다른 성격으로 규정할 수 있다. 하지만 윤리문화적 접근방법은 그 핵심원리라고 할 수 있는 균형적 조화의 판단과 올바른 실천이라는 행동 체계의 관념성과 인식의 한계를 완전히 극복하지 못하고 있는 것도 사실 이다. 윤리문화적 접근방법은 오늘날 우리 사회가 다원화되고 복잡화함에 따라 발생되고 있는 윤리적 당위와 윤리적 실제간에 상존하는 갈등과 모순을 극복하고 사회 구성원으 로부터 공감을 불러일으키고, 사회 전반에 윤리문화적 기풍을 진작시킴으로써 사회를 변화시킬 수 있는 연구방법이 될 것이다.

This paper is to propose a new research method of ethical and cultural approach that is to reconcile the ideal of ethical oughtness and the cultural values of ethics practise in the area of ethical culture that encompass ethics and culture. The ethical and cultural approach is research methodology focusing on how to set on the human-oriented to the common good and the ideal value and how to justify the ethical practise. This methodology of study is first to define clearly the ideal ethical oughtness and to identify the cultural values that the ideal ethical oughtness realized in the ethical practise, and to pursuit of balance and harmonized judgment the ideal ethical oughtness and the cultural values, and is to explore how to practice it correctly. And this methodology of study can be called an ethical approach to finding a norm that having the norms and relevance that balanced and harmonized judgment ideal ethical oughtness and cultural values of ethical practise, and can practice correctly. The ethical and cultural approach can be widely applied as a conceptual framework as resolution of ethical issues faced by individuals in everyday life and as a system of thought and behavior planning, design, or enforcement from across the political, economic, social, cultural, and social institutions and policies, laws, and the social dimension. The ethical and cultural approach is fundamentally the nature normative ethic, while could harmonize the balance the need of the teleological ethics that rightness is justified based on the good results and the the need of deontological that rightness should be a good first by virtuous ethics to seek the common good of the community. And the ethical and cultural approach is the nature of law theory of ethics, while recognized the pluralism of ethical practise, and judgment normaly all the ethical issues, and it is comprehensive study area that have the nature of the practice ethics and applied ethics, but it have in the ideality of balanced harmony of judgment and action systems and the limitations of recognize. In our society today when is diversified and complicated, the ethical and cultural approaches shall be the research methods that can change society by overcome the lingering conflict and contradiction between ethical ought ethical practise as evoking sympathy from the community members, and promote ethical culture ethos.

배경 및 목적: 실어증을 동반한 말실행증 증상을 보이는 성인들을 대상으로 반복연습과 말속도 통제 훈련을 실시하여 조음 능력의 정확성 향상에 관한 치료 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 방법: 4명의 실어증을 동반한 말실행증 성인을 대상으로 치료 전 검사, 낱말 반복연습,구문 말속도 통제 훈련, 치료 후 검사, 치료 종결 2주 후에 훈련과제와 비훈련과제로 유지 평가를 실시하였다. 낱말반복연습은 매 회기당 3회에 걸쳐 실시되었으며, 각 피험자에게 매 회기 20개의 훈련낱말을 각각 15번 반복하여 소리 내어 읽게 하였다. 말속도 통제 훈련은각 피험자의 음절 당 산출된 발화 속도를 측정하여 50% 늦춘 속도를 기준으로 컴퓨터 프로그램을 통해 제시된 2어절 구문을, 매 회기10개씩 소리 내어 읽었다. 자음정확도와 반응지연문항비율을 치료 전, 치료 후, 유지단계(훈련과제및 비훈련과제)에서 측정하여 프리드만검정과 윌콕슨부호순위검정으로 분석하였다. 결과: 자음정확도와 반응지연문항 비율은 치료 전, 치료 후, 유지단계(훈련과제 및 비훈련과제) 사이에 유의미한 통계적 차이를 나타냈다. 자음정확도는 평균 35.5% 상승하였고, 반응지연 문항비율은 평균 55% 감소하였으며, 치료 효과는 유지단계의 훈련과제와 비훈련과제에서도 유지되었다. 논의 및 결론: 말실행증 피험자 특성을 고려하여 반복연습과말속도 통제 훈련을 실시한 결과, 피험자들의 자음정확도가 향상되었고, 발화 개시를 위한 반응시간이 감소하였다. 이러한 치료 접근법은 말실행증을 동반한 말실행증 성인의 말산출 능력을 증진시키기 위한 조음운동 치료방법으로 활용될 수 있음을 제안할 수 있다.

Objectives: This study looks at the effectiveness of repetition practice and speech-ratecontrol training for improving the articulation and ratios of delayed words of patients withapraxia of speech (AOS) and aphasia. Methods: Four adult patients with AOS and aphasiaparticipated in the study. Prior to intervention, they were asked to read aloud a controlledset of stimulus words and phrases designed to measure percentage of correct consonants(PCC) and the ratio of delayed words. During intervention all subjects received eight sessions of repetition practice and eight sessions of speech-rate control training. Two weeksafter the therapy the intervention effects were measured through three sessions of trainedand non-trained tasks. A statistical analysis of the results was done using the Friedman andWilcoxon tests. Results: The results of the study are as follows: after intervention, PCC increased by an average of 35.5%, with the final assessments showing a PCC maintenanceeffect of 82.6% (non-trained tasks) and 84.3% (trained tasks). The average ratio of delayedwords was reduced by 55%; this improvement was also effectively retained after intervention. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that repetition practice and speech-rate controltraining can dramatically improve the speech production ability of patients with AOS andaphasia, as shown by greater articulation accuracy and a reduction of delayed words.
