In Current artificial structures, we must periodically make their safety inspections. In this process, we should consider the safety of workers and the accuracy of safety checks and also consider time and cost savings for safety inspections. Additionally, in the fields of architecture and civil engineering, we are unavoidable the use of foreign commercialized BIM model tools. To address these challenges, we propose mapping crack areas and BIM 3D design drawings based on augmented reality (AR) for the safety inspection of Huge Bridges. For this purpose, we define indexing of 2D/3D drawing models, create the tabulation of all 2D/3D drawings into a database, analyze QR codes, and finally integrate with augmented reality devices. we may expect our method to improve the efficiency of safety inspections on bridge sites. Moreover, we will enable the domestics of our pure technology.

Edible bird's nest (EBN), made from the salivary excretions of the swiftlet, is one of the widely used health foods in asian communities. Until now, although EBN has been known to have immune-boosting and anti-viral activities, other functions have not been reported. This study is aimed to investigate the effects of EBN on proliferation of human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSCs) and its action mechanism. We found that EBN strongly promoted proliferation of hADSCs and nomal human fibroblasts (NHFs). Additionally, attempts to elucidate a possible mechanism underlying the EBN-mediated effects reveald that EBN induced production of IL-6 and VEGF, and that this was mediated through activation of NF-kB. Specially, WE found that production of IL-6 and VEGF was induced by EBN. In addition, EBN-induced production of IL-6 and VEGF was inhibited by PD98059, a p44/42 MAPK inhibitors, SB203580, a p38 MAPK inhibitor, and PDTC, a NF-kB inhibitor, but not SP600125, a JNK inhibitor. Similar to this, EBN-induced proliferation of hADSCs was also attenuated by PD98059, SB203580 and PDTC, but not SP600125. Taken together, these findings suggest that the EBN-induced proliferation of hADSCs primarily occurs through the increased expression of IL-6 and VEGF, which is mediated by the activation of NF-kB.

This paper introduces a statistical approach of intrusion detection and tunes an intrusion detection model using fuzzy ste. We describel the method of applying fuzzy set for NIDES intensity measure. By using fuzzy set, we improve the algorithm for evaluating score value of NIDES, and present a possibility of intrusion detection system.

The interaction of poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) with cationic dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (DTAB)micelle was studied with electron spin resonance (ESR) by determining line widths of the ESR spectra and coupling constant of nitrogen($A_N$). The degree of ESR line shape change such as line widths and coupling constant indicated that PEG mixes well with DTAB micelle due to a great hydrophobic interaction with surfactant alkyl chains. This suggests that the PEG can be used as non-ionic surfactant to disperse the exposed oil in the ocean.

Currently, molecular devices are reported utilizing active self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) containing the nitro group as the active component, which has active redox centers [1]. SAMs are ordered molecular structures formed by the adsorption of an active surfactant on a solid surface. The molecules will be spontaneously oriented toward the substrate surface and form an energetically favorable ordered layer. During this process, the surface-active head group of the molecule chemically reacts with and chemisorbs onto the substrate In this paper, the electrical properties of the 4'4- di(ethynylphenyl)-2'-nitro-1-benzenethiolate was confirmed. This material is well known as a conducting molecule having possible application to molecular level negative differential resistance (NDR) device. To deposit the self-assembly monolayers onto the gold electrode, the prefabricated Au(1 l l) substrates were immersed into 0.5[mM/l] self-assembly molecule in THF solution. Then, the electrical properties and surface morphologies of 4' 4-di(ethynylphenyl)-2' -nitro-1-benzenethiolate were measured by using the ultra-high vacuum scanning tunneling microscopy (UHV-STM).
