최근 인터넷환경에서 Active-X 등 비표준 기술은 인터넷 비즈니스의 장애 요인이 되고 있다. 따라서 인터넷 이용환경 개선이 정책적으로 요구된다. HTML5 기반 융합 기술은 특정 플랫폼이나 디바이스에 종속되지 않고 사용자, 디바이스, 네트워크 및 응용환경을 지원하기 위한 웹 표준으로 다양한 인증기술, 보안 및 웹 앱 게임 등 인터넷과 기존 산업이 융합된 형태의 비즈니스 서비스 모델과 시장을 창출할 수 있는 웹 플랫폼으로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 웹 개발자들의 웹표준 준수 및 웹개발 전문성 수준에 대한 설문조사를 수행하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 기반으로 정부의 소프트웨어 정책방향 및 소프트웨어 인력 자원 양성 정책 수립의 기본 방향을 제시한다. 이는 웹 산업 경쟁력 강화, 디지털 융복합 산업의 지원 정책 수립, 글로벌 웹 표준(HTML5) 확산을 위한 기술 지원 강화 및 전문 인력 양성 프로그램 구축에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, non-standard techniques of web like Active-X caused not only user inconvenience but also barriers to the business of Internet. The government recognized that the serious environmental situation of using Internet is needed to be improved. Especially, HTML5 convergence technology is meant to be a specific platform over the devices, users, and systems. It also means web standards to support more creative business service model and emerging market. In this paper, we performed a survey on Web standards compliance and web development professional level of domestic web developers. In addition, we present the basic direction of government policy of software and software-positive human resources policy, that is based on the analysis of the survey results. Our study will be able to contribute to construct policies to support digital convergence industry and to strengthen technical assistance and expertise to build training programs for the spread of global Web standards (HTML5).

현대사회가 산업화, 도시화, 정보화로 풍요로운 삶과 동시에 기계화와 경쟁화로 인간소외와 스트레스로 인하여 자아상실이 발생하여 부적응 현상들이 많이 나타나고 있다. 발생한 부적응을 적응으로 변화하기 위하여 진 실한 자신과 참나와의 만남에 노력을 기울여야 한다. 일상생활에서 진실한 자신 참나와의 만남의 도구로서 차는 좋은 역할을 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 차를 진실한 나를 느끼고 이해하기 위하여 다례를 통해서 자신을 존중하고 사랑하는 참나를 만나는 참나다례를 구성하고 대중화를 위하여 표준 웹 프로토콜 기술을 활용한다. 참나다례는 준 비단계를 거쳐, 가장 기본적인 다도구를 사용한다. 참나다례는 차와 나를 소통하기 위하여 다도구와 나를 정화하는 단계, 나를 이해하며 차 우리기 단계, 나를 존중하며 차 마시기 단계, 참나를 만나는 단계로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문 에서는 참나다례를 구성하고, 표준 웹 프로토콜 기술을 활용하여 참나다례의 대중화를 제안하였다. 표준 웹 프로토 콜 기술을 활용하면 이용자의 접근성이 증대되므로 언제 어디서나 참나다례를 접할 수 있다.

Urbanization, industrialization, and informatization raised quality of life in modern society. However, many people face with social maladjustment phenomena of human alienation and loss of true self due to mechanization, competition and stress. To alleviate the social maladjustment, people should look for their true self and the self. Drinking tea may play an important role in bringing your true self and the self and be a vehicle for them to meet in daily life. Therefore, this study uses the standard web protocol technology to popularize the True Self Tea Ceremony which helps to enhance true self and self-respect. The True Self Tea Ceremony uses the basic utensils. The paper proposes the popularization of the True Self Tea Ceremony using the standard web protocol technology. Using the standard web protocol technology enhances the accessibility of users.

Currently, Web of Things Interest Group in the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is actively working on standard technologies for IoT interworking. In this interest group, they aims to reduce costs through the global reach of Web standards, to enable open markets of services, and to unleash the power of the network effect. In this paper, we introduce the Web of Things standard and show the result of implementation for applying WoT to our IoT sensors.

Images represent a large share of web site contents. Image contents allow users to perceive information using vision, but visually handicapped people cannot perceive the information unless substitute texts that can replace vision are provided. Therefore, in this paper, the Web accessibility compliance status was compared between domestic and overseas sites around their compliance with substitute texts for images. The results indicate that the general Web accessibility compliance rates of domestic and overseas websites have not increased compared to 2013. However, the compliance with substitute texts for images in domestic sites was found to be continuously increasing, whereas it decreased in overseas sites.

Recently, the web users are able to access to web pages in various access environments through various media. However, use of ActiveX and inconformity to the web standards prevent web pages from providing the web users the same functions and designs in various web browsers. In this study, the current status of ActiveX utilization and conformity to the web standards were investigated with the online shopping mall sites and governmental institutions which often employ ActiveX. The result showed that web pages of a number of shopping malls and governmental institutions still use ActiveX and are vulnerable to cross-browsing for not conforming to the web standards

HTML5 is the next generation of web standards, and needs to be used to improve Web accessibility. To do this, Korea has taken various activities, such as laying down laws and standards related to web accessibility and investigating the realities of web accessibility. Recently, the market for web accessibility has been growing. This study compared the rates of building up HTML5, focusing on the top 100 most visited websites in Korea and abroad. Also, this study assessed the web accessibility of websites built in HTML5, and compared the web accessibility of Korea to those of foreign countries, verifying any efforts made to decrease any information gap. The results of this study show that Korea has built fewer HTML5 web sites than foreign countries. However, the web accessibility in Korea has steadily increased, and there is not much difference in web accessibility between Korea and foreign countries.

Recently, Web 2.0 and Semantic Web become popular, and the Semantic Web fusion (Mashup) service using Open API and Linked Data is drawing attention, because it enables new services to be provided in a rapid and convenient way by combining various Linked Data with Open API. The Mashup service is defined as creating a new service by mixing information, contents, or Open API services provided on the Web. Mashup service developed for a specific need, not just a combination of information, may contribute to creating new added values on the basis of the practicality and convenience. This study is on Web standard-based Web platform which may increase accessibility to data in various applications by applying Linked Data technology and using RDF/XML standard format for data.

Management systems for electronic library have been developed on the basis of Client/Server or ASP framework in domestic market for a long time. Therefore, both service provider and user suffer from their high cost and effort in management, maintenance, and repairing of software as well as hardware. Recently in addition, mobile devices like smartphone and tablet PC are frequently used as terminal devices to access computers through the Internet or other networks, sophisticatedly customized or personalized interface for n-screen service became more important issue these days. In this paper, we propose a new scheme of integrated management system for electronic library based on SaaS and Web Standard. We design and implement the proposed scheme applying Electronic Cabinet Guidelines for Web Standard and Universal Code System. Hosted application management style and software on demand style service models based on SaaS are basically applied to develop the management system. Moreover, a newly improved concept of duplication check algorithm in a hierarchical evaluation process is presented and a personalized interface based on web standard is applied to implement the system. Algorithms of duplication check for journal, volume/number, and paper are hierarchically presented with their logic flows. Total framework of our development obeys the standard feature of Electronic Cabinet Guidelines offered by Korea government so that we can accomplish standard of application software, quality improvement of total software, and reusability extension. Scope of our development includes core services of library automation system such as acquisition, list-up, loan-and-return, and their related services. We focus on interoperation compatibility between elementary sub-systems throughout complex network and structural features. Reanalyzing and standardizing each part of the system under the concept on the cloud of service, we construct an integrated development environment for generating, test, operation, and maintenance. Finally, performance analyses are performed about resource usability of server, memory amount used, and response time of server etc. As a result of measurements fulfilled over 5 times at different test points and using different data, the average response time is about 62.9 seconds for 100 clients, which takes about 0.629 seconds per client on the average. We can expect this result makes it possible to operate the system in real-time level proof. Resource usability and memory occupation are also good and moderate comparing to the conventional systems. As total verification tests, we present a simple proof to obey Electronic Cabinet Guidelines and a record of TTA authentication test for topics about SaaS maturity, performance, and application program features.

Recently, lots of EDI-VAN (Electronic Data Interchange-Value Added Network) companies challenge to convert their business systems into Web-based e-business frameworks to avoid high cost and closed structure of EDI system. This research proposes e-Transformation strategies for EDI-VAN companies to adopt Web-based e-business standard frameworks such as ebXML (e-business using XML) and RosettaNet. Four migration strategies for EDI companies are presented, and their properties are described in detail. Transformation procedures of two representative strategies are also provided fur the convenience of medium-sized companies. The result of this work can be used as a practical guideline for EDI companies to develop there own transformation strategy suitable to its scale and capability, while minimizing the impacts on the pre-existing business processes.

To solve the problem of low inter-operability of systems and low reusability caused by not being standardized and common-shared development foundation between software developers, the government has proposed e-Government(eGov) standard framework. However, the development method based on eGov standard framework is not easy to learn and to use fluently, because it is so dissimilar the existing traditional development method. In this paper, we propose an approach for developing web applications by reusing common components of eGov standard framework, and describe about the case study of developing Can_Pro(Computer Aided Nutritional analysis program for Professionals) based on eGov standard framework. Consequently, we show improvement in productivity and reduction budget through reusability of common components and eGov standard framework.

본 연구의 목적은 지방자치단체 관광안내 홈페이지의 품질을 사용자 관점이 아닌 홈페이지 자체의 관점에서 웹표준과 웹접근성을 통해 평가함으로써 다양한 웹브라우저를 통해 관광안내 홈페이지의 정보와 서비스를 이용함과 동시에 전문적인 능력이 없이도 관광안내 홈페이지에서 제공하는 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 하여 지역으로의 관광객 유도를 위한 효과적인 매체로서 관광안내 홈페이지의 이용을 활성화하기 위한 기반을 마련하는 것이다. 관광안내 홈페이지의 품질을 평가하기 위해서 웹표준은 W3C(World Wide Web Consortium)에서 제공하는 평가도구인 UNICORN을 이용하여 Markup문법과 CSS문법을 평가하였으며, 웹접근성은 한국정보화진흥원에서 제공하는 평가도구인 KWAH를 이용하여 5개 항목에 대해 평가하였다. 웹표준에 대한 평가 결과 전체 202개 관광안내 홈페이지 중 Markup문법을 준수하고 있는 관광안내 홈페이지는 28개(13.9%), CSS문법을 준수하고 있는 관광안내 홈페이지는 74개(36.6%)로 나타났으며, Markup문법과 CSS문법을 모두 준수하고 있는 홈페이지는 20개로 10.3%만이 준수하고 있어 약 90%에 이르는 관광안내 홈페이지가 웹표준을 준수하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 웹접근성에 대한 평가는 5개 평가항목을 모두 준수하고 있는 홈페이지가 18개(8.9%)로 웹접근성을 준수하지 않는 관광안내 홈페이지가 90% 이상임이 확인되었다. 이는 관광안내 홈페이지의 웹품질이 매우 심각한 수준에 있는 것으로 웹표준과 웹접근성 모두 빠른 보안이 필요할 것으로 사료되며, 향후 관광안내 홈페이지의 재구축 또는 신규 구축시 웹표준과 웹접근성을 준수하는 노력이 필요하다 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate quality of local government's tour guide homepage not from the user's perspective but from the perspective of the homepage itself through web standards and web accessibility. In order to evaluate tour guide homepage, web standards and web accessibility were evaluated. For the web standards, Markup and CSS methods were evaluated using UNICORN, an evaluation tool provided by W3C and for the web accessibility, 5 items were evaluated using KWAH, an evaluation tool provided by National Information Society Agency. As the result of web standards, from total of 202 tour guide homepages, 28 (13%) homepages were following the Markup method and 74 (36.6%) homepages were following CSS method. Only 20 (10.3%) homepages were following both the Markup and the CSS methods whilst almost 90% of the tour guide homepages were not following the web standards. As the result of the web accessibility, 18 (8.9%) homepages were following all 5 items and more than 90% of the homepages were confirmed not following the web accessibility.

ActiveX와 같은 플러그인으로 돌아갔었던 웹 페이지들은 보안 취약성과 인터넷 익스플로어(IE)의 서비스 종료로 인하여 많은 웹 브라우저들이 플러그인 제거 사업을 진행하였다. 하지만 웹 표준으로 전환하였을 때 생기는 웹 호환성과 보안 문제들이 발생하였다. 이를 해결하고자 호환성과 보안 문제를 훈련 시킨 클라우드 서버를 이용하여 미리 파악하고 진단할 수 있는 웹 페이지 보안 체크 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 모델을 적용한다면, 웹의 표준 및 호환성과 보안 문제에 대해 더 빠르게 파악하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

RIA(Rich Internet Application)는 기존의 웹 애플리케이션 기술이 가진 평면적인 표현과 순차적인 프로세스를 다이나믹한 사용자 인터페이스와 데이터베이스의 연동을 통해 저렴한 비용으로 하나의 인터페이스에서 모든 프로세스가 처리 가능하도록 해주는 기술을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 표준(HTML/CSS)을 RIA로 확장한 문법을 해석 할 수 있는 RIA Generator를 제안한다. RIA Generator는 크게 두 부분으로 나뉘는데, 한 부분은 기존 HTML 및 CSS 소스와 확장된 RIA 문법을 파싱하는 부분이고, 나머지 한 부분은 파싱한 것을 의미에 따라 화면에 적절히 출력하는 부분이다.

국내 전자 상거래에서의 보안성을 강하게 요구하는 정부 규제에 따라 웹기반 결제가 활성화 되지 못하고 오히려 ActiveX, Java, Adobe Air 등 플러그인 기반의 인증방식, 앱기반 인증/결제가 활성화 되었다. 매번 개인정보, 결제정보를 입력해야하는 불편함과 위험성을 개선하여 안전하고 보안성을 갖추면서도 개인 단말플랫폼, OS 에 상관없이 고객 편의성을 개선한 웹표준 간편한 인증/결제 시스템의 정보 처리 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 전자상거래시 가장 중요한 가맹점 거래 위변조를 막을 수 있는 E2E기술과 부인방지를 구현할 전자 서명기술, 비대칭 암호화 기술을 설계하여 웹 환경에서의 안전할 결제를 제공하고자 한다. 또한 이를 통해 국내 전자상거래에서 아마존, 페이팔과 같이 간편결제를 활성화 하고 거래 안정성을 높이는 기술을 제안하여 글로벌 경쟁력있는 결제 플랫폼을 제시하고자 한다.

According to the government regulations that require strong security in domestic e-commerce, web payment can not be activated. Instead, plug in based authentication methods such as ActiveX, Java, Adobe Air and App based authentication / payment have been activated. We propose an information processing model of a simple web authentication / payment system that improves customer convenience regardless of personal terminal platform or OS while improving safety and security by improving inconvenience and risk of entering personal information and payment information every time do. Especially, E2E technology which can prevent the fraud transaction of the most important merchant transaction in electronic commerce, electronic signature technology to realize non-repudiation and asymmetric encryption technology are designed to provide safe settlement in the web environment. In addition, we will propose a competitive payment platform globally by proposing technologies that enable easy payment such as Amazon and PayPal in domestic e-commerce and enhance transaction stability

은행거래를 하려면 Active X를 기반으로 하는 보안 통합설치프로그램, 공인인증 보안프로그램, 개인 PC방화벽 프로그램 등 보안에 필요한 프로그램을 설치해야한다. 그러나 Active X의 보안취약점으로 앞으로 나올 브라우저에서는 Active X대신 웹 표준 모듈을 기반으로 하는 보안 시스템을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 Active X를 대체할 수 있는 것으로 웹 표준 모델에 근거한 QR코드 및 지문인식을 통한 인증을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 적용한다면, 보다 안전한 은행거래를 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

최근 다양한 ICT기술의 발전으로 인간의 사회, 문화, 교육 등의 많은 분야에 변화가 일어나고 있으며, 많은 기술들이 인간 삶의 영역에 적지 않은 영향을 미치고 있다. 그 중에서도 인터넷 웹 표준 기술의 발전은 e-book 시장과 교육용 콘텐츠의 변화가 많을 것으로 예측하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 N-Screen 지원과 반응형 웹 기술 지원을 위한 3차원 상호작용기반의 e-book 콘텐츠 저작도구 플랫폼 설계를 연구하였으며, 6가지 영역의 상호작용 콘텐츠 개발이 웹 표준에 의해 저작될 수 있는 저작도구 모형을 연구 개발 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 e-book의 저작 형태는 웹 표준 기술 HTML5와 ePub3.0 표준을 기반으로 제작할 수 있도록 콘텐츠 플랫폼을 설계 하였으며, 사용자와의 상호작용, 시뮬레이션 등의 기능을 쉽고 빠르게 제작할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 연구 적용하였다. 향후 본 연구의 결과로 전자책 산업 발전과 교육 분야의 활용 향상을 기대하고 있으며, 지식의 체계를 좀 더 다양하게 제공 할 수 있는 e-book 콘텐츠 연구의 원천이 되기를 기대한다.

공인인증서의 원리 기술인 공개키 기반 구조는 인터넷 환경에서 본인확인, 부인 방지, 문서의 위변조 방지 등의 기능을 제공하는 보안기술이다. 국내 정부기관 및 금융기관들은 인터넷 서비스의 보안 사고 방지를 위해 ActiveX를 이용한 PKI인증시스템을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 ActiveX와 같은 플러그인 기술은 보안에 취약할 뿐만 아니라 특정 브라우저에서만 사용가능하기 때문에 사용자에게 불편함을 초래한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 웹 표준(HTML5) 기반의 인증 기술 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 최근 국내은행에서 최초로 웹 표준 기반의 PKI인증 기술을 도입하였다. 하지만 채택된 방법은 웹 스토리지의 동일 출처 정책으로 인해 각 사이트마다 인증서를 등록해야 하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 동일 출처 정책의 단점을 해결하면서 웹 표준을 준수하는 인증서 기반 통합 인증 프로토콜을 제안하고 안전성을 증명한다.

Public key infrastructure(PKI), principle technology of the certificate, is a security technology providing functions such as identification, non-repudiation, and anti-forgery of electronic documents on the Internet. Our government and financial organizations use PKI authentication using ActiveX to prevent security accident on the Internet service. However, like ActiveX, plug-in technology is vulnerable to security and inconvenience since it is only serviceable to certain browser. Therefore, the research on HTML5 authentication system has been conducted actively. Recently, domestic bank introduced PKI authentication complying with web standard for the first time. However, it still has inconvenience to register a certification on each website because of same origin policy of web storage. This paper proposes the certificate based SSO protocol that complying with web standard to provide user authentication using certificate on several sites by going around same origin policy and its security proof.

본 논문은 디지털컨텐츠의 재사용성과 효율적인 운용과 관리를 위한 SCORM 표준안에 따르는 LMS의 설계 및 구현에 관한 논문이다. 즉, 본 시스템은 XML을 이용한 메타데이타정의와 메타데이타를 관리하는 SQL서버와 이러한 컨텐츠를 관리하는 응용시스템을 ASP로 구현함으로써 세분화된 교육컨텐츠를 학습자가 효율적으로 이용하여 학습의 효과를 증대할 수 있도록 자기 주도형 학습을 지원하기 위한 LMS를 제안하였다.

In this paper, We are design & implement to the LMS(Learning Management System) including SCORM standard for effective reusing and management of each digital contents. This system is composed XML based meta-data manager, SQL server and ASP for LMS application, which are the user directed teaming system within effective reusing and management of each digital contents.

웹을 이용한 서비스는 위와 같은 여러 장점을 가지고 있지만 각종 데이터 및 문서가 웹 상에 존재하므로 가상공간에서의 문서의 처리가 위조나 변경이 가능하다. 이러한 웹 상에서의 전송 시 발생할 수 있는 수많은 역기능들을 줄일 수 있는 가장 강력한 방법은 암호 응용 기술을 전자상거래 시스템 구축에 사용함으로써, 기밀성(confidentiality), 무결성(integrity), 인증(authentication) 등의 보안 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 진행중인 표준화 단체의 동향을 파악하고 WS-Security 명세서를 통해 웹 서비스 보안의 전반적인 기술을 분석한다.
