사회적기업(social enterprise)은 경영관리 능력 및 자원 부족으로 인해 자립하는데 어려움이 있다. 사 회적기업과 외부 조직과의 긴밀한 관계는 사회적기업이 자생력을 키우게 하는 주요 방안으로서 중요 성이 있다. 본 연구는 사회적기업의 경영자를 대상으로 사회적기업이 외부 조직과 협력적인 전략적 관 계로 발전할 수 있는 조직간 관계 형태를 분석하였다. 외부 조직과의 관계 형태 분석을 위해 3가지 형태의 주요 개념을 설정하였다. 첫 번째, 사회적기업이 외부 조직과 맺고 있는 연결 규모와 강도이다. 두 번째, 사회적기업과 외부 조직 간의 신뢰이다. 세 번 째, 사회적기업과 외부 조직 간의 전략적 관계이다. 본 연구에서는 연결 규모와 강도를 독립변수로, 조 직 간 신뢰를 매개 변수로, 전략적 관계를 종속변수로 설정하여 연구하였다. 그리고 전략적 관계는 상 호 명확한 목적과 비전 공유, 네트워크 이용의 다중성, 상호 이익이 되는 자원공유의 3개의 하위 개념 으로 구성하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 외부 조직과의 연결 강도는 조직간 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장 기적이고 반복적인 상호작용의 과정은 상대방의 행동에 대한 불확실성을 감소시킴으로써 조직간 신 뢰 형성에 기여하게 된다. 둘째, 연결 규모와 강도는 네트워크상의 전략적 관계의 하위변수인 명확한 목적과 비전 공유에 유의적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직간 신뢰는 명확한 목적과 비전 공 유, 네트워크 이용의 다중성, 상호 이익이 되는 자원공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 외부 조직과의 연결 강도와 명확한 목적과 비전 공유 사이에서 조직간 신뢰의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 사회적기업과 외부 조직과의 관계 형태를 분석하였다. 사회적기업이 지속가능한 자원을 확 보하기 위해서는 다양한 외부 조직과의 연계를 강화하고, 신뢰를 형성하여 전략적 관계를 유지하여야 할 것이다.

Social enterprises are facing difficulties of resource acquisition and lack of management capabilities. Through close cooperation with external organizations, Social enterprises can acquire their management competency. The purpose of this study identifies the influences of network scale and strength with external organizations on strategic relatedness within social enterprises. Also, our research sets hypotheses that inter-organizational trust mediates the relationships between network scale and strength and strategic relatedness. Our research data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 31 CEO in social enterprises. This research analyzed relationships between variables using regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, the network strength with external organizations has significantly positive effect on inter- organizational trust and strategic relatedness. Second, inter-organizational trust has significantly positive effect on strategic relatedness. Third, inter-organizational trust mediates relationship between network strength and strategic relatedness. These results suggest that social enterprises must consider network with external organizations and maintain active relationship with external organizations. Also, they must form trust with external organizations.

One of the most widely used constructions in Korean is the so-called light verb construction (LVC) involving an active-denoting verbal noun (VN) together with the light verb ha-ta `do'. This paper first discusses the argument composition of the LVC, mixed properties of VNs both of which have provided a challenge to syntactic analyses with a strict version of X-bar theory. The paper shows the mechanism of multiple classification of category types with systematic inheritance can provide an effective way of capturing these mixed properties. In particular, it assumes that VNs have both [N +] and [V +] features to reflect their dual properties. The paper also addresses the issue of relatedness and divergence between the VNs with an accusative argument and those without it. An implementation of the analysis within the LKB (Linguistics Knowledge Building) system also proves its feasibility and efficiency.

본 연구는 대학생들의 긍정심리자본, 기본심리욕구(자율성, 유능성, 관계성), 학습몰입 및 삶의 만족도가 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구는 광주·전남 지역 7개 대학에 재학 중인 1∼4학년 519명(남자 151명, 여자 368명)을 대상으로 연구하였다. 본 연구의 분석방법은 구조방정식 모형을 통해 변수들 간의 관계를 분석하였고, 매개 효과 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑 방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 대학생들의 긍정심리자본은 학습몰입과 삶의 만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 긍정심리자본과 학습몰입 및 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 기본심리욕구 중 유능성은 매개효과가 나타났으나 자율성과 관계성은 매개효과가 없었다. 이러한 연구결과에 대해 논의하고 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to look at the structural relationships of positive psychology capital, basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relatedness), learning flow and life satisfaction among university students. This study was conducted on 519 university students (151 males and 368 females) in the 1-4 grades attending 7 schools located in Gwangju and Jeonnam regions. For the analysis method of this study, relation among variables was analyzed through the structural equation model and the mediating effect was examined by means of bootstrapping. The analysis results showed that the competence of the basic psychological needs was mediated by the relationship between positive psychological capital of university students and learning flow and life satisfaction, and that autonomy and relatedness were not mediated. The results of this study were discussed and implications were suggested.

이 연구의 목적은 진로결정관계성, 진로장벽, 진로결정효능감 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 지역 소재 4년제 대학교 7곳의 재학 중인 485명(남 216명, 여 269명)의 자료를 분석하였다. 모형을 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였고 변인들 간의 구조적 관계가 남녀 간 차이가 있는지 확인하기 위해 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 진로결정관계성은 진로장벽에 직접적인 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 진로를 결정하는데 관계성이 높을수록 즉, 의미 있는 사람이 지지해주고 모델이 되어주고 활동을 함께 하고 조언을 해줄수록 진로장벽을 덜 느끼는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 둘째, 진로장벽이 진로결정효능감에 직접적인 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 진로와 관련한 경험들을 수행해 가는 과정에서 방해할 것으로 지각되는 부정적 사건이나 사태 즉 장벽이 클수록 진로결정효능감이 낮아진다고 해석할 수 있다. 셋째, 진로결정관계성이 진로결정효능감에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 진로결정에서 관계에 대한 욕구가 충족되면 과정에서 요구되는 과제들을 성공적으로 완성할 수 있다는 신념을 증가시킨다고 해석할 수 있다. 또한 남녀 대학생 모두 구조모형이 동일함을 확인하였다. 따라서 이 연구에서 설정한 관계모형이 성별 모두 동일하게 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 진로결정효능감을 예측하는 요인들에 대한 이해에 도움을 준다는 점에서 의의가 있으며 진로결정관계성의 중요성을 밝혔다는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among college students' career decision-relatedness, career barriers and career decision self-efficacy. To do this, a questionnaire survey was performed in 485 college students from seven university in Seoul and Gyonggi-Do. Statistical methods used for data analysis were the SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0. Study results were as follows: First, students' career decision-relatedness affect their career barriers, their career barriers affect their career decision self-efficacy directly. Second, career decision-relatedness affect career decision self-efficacy through career barriers indirectly. Third, this structural relations model results were the same between men and women modeling groups. These results indicated the significant role of career decision-relatedness on college students' career decision self-efficacy.

이 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 진로장벽, 진로결정관계성, 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하고, 학년에 따라서 진로준비행동에 차이가 있는지를 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 지역 소재 4년제 대학 7곳에 재학 중인 495명의 남녀 대학생의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석에는 SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 19.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 진로장벽, 진로준비행동은 학년에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 진로결정관계성은 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 진로결정관계성, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 간에 통계적으로 유의한 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 가설적 구조모형의 적합도 분석결과 진로결정관계성은 진로장벽에 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 진로장벽은 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치며 진로결정관계성은 진로준비행동에 직접효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌고 그 효과가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과 대학생들의 진로준비행동에 진로결정관계성이 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among college students' career decision-relatedness, career barriers and career preparation behavior.
