본 연구는 종이 빨대의 주요 특성(내구성, 질감, 감각 반응)이 소비자의 만족도 및 지속 이용 의도에 미치는 영 향을 분석하고, 친환경 태도의 조절 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 종이 빨대 사용 경험이 있는 소비자 264명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 활용하여 매개 및 조절효과를 검증하였다. 종이 빨대의 특성은 소비 자 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 소비자 만족도는 지속 이용 의도에도 강한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 또 한 친환경 태도는 만족도와 지속 이용 의도 간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 종이 빨 대 제품의 품질 개선 방향과 친환경 소비 활성화를 위한 실무적 시사점을 제시하며, 향후 연구로 친환경 제품 간의 비교분석 및 장기적인 소비자 행동 연구가 필요함을 제안한다.

This study aims to examine the impact of paper straw characteristics (durability, texture, and sensory response) on consumer satisfaction and continued use intention, as well as the moderating effect of environmental attitudes. Data was collected through a survey of 264 consumers who had prior experience using paper straws. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and PROCESS macro analyses were conducted using SPSS and AMOS software. The results indicated that the characteristics of paper straws significantly positively influenced consumer satisfaction, which in turn had a strong positive impact on continued use intention. Additionally, environmental attitudes positively moderated the relationship between consumer satisfaction and continued use intention. In conclusion, this research provides practical implications for enhancing the quality of paper straw products and promoting eco-friendly consumer behaviors. Future research directions include comparative analyses among various eco-friendly products and longitudinal studies on consumer behavior.

본 논문은 조선조 冊紙에 많이 사용된 고정지의 원료와 그의 혼합률, 그리고 제조방법 에 대하여 문헌의 기록을 중심으로 분석한 연구이다. 그 결과 고정지의 원료는 벼, 보리, 귀리 등이었으며, 가장 많이 사용된 원료는 볏짚이 다. 고정과 장섬유의 혼합률은 책지의 경우 고정의 함유량이 70% 이하, 대체로 30% 정도 일 것으로 생각되지만 소지 등의 용도로 사용된 土紙는 거의 90%정도를 혼합한 기록도 있다. 고정지의 제조방법은 고정을 석회등에 오래 담가 잡세포를 없애고 갈아서 사용하였 으므로 비교적 품질이 좋았을 것으로 생각된다.

The aim of this research is to analyze the general properties of the traditional Korean bookpapers which were made from rice, barley and oats straws (bast fiber mixed with straw). The mixing ratio of straw pulps used for making bookpapers was less than 70%, but generally 30∼50%. Some papers were made from the mix of 90% straw pulps and used as sacrificial papers for the memorial services for ancestors. It is assumed that straw papers were made from straw pulps soaked with lime for a long time to remove unnecessary cells and ground into powder, and therefore of relatively good quality.
