연구망은 상용망과 비교하여 유연한 네트워크 엔지니어링 및 설계 등의 강점을 갖는다. 본 논문은 이러한 연구망의 특성에 기반하여 일반 망 사용자들과 분산된 지역의 첨단 망 사용자들을 동시에 지원하는 스토리지 클라 우드 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 첨단 백본 망에 연결된 다수 지역을 적용하기 위해 오픈스택 Swift 서비스의 복수 프락시 컨트롤러를 활용하여 제안 서비스 모델을 프로토타이핑 한다. 망 지연 및 전송 데이터 크기의 영향과 관련 한 실험에서 10ms 범위 내의 망 지연이 발생하는 첨단 백본 망에서는 데이터 크기가 상대적으로 큰 데이터가 작은 데이터보다 선호되는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 이것은 큰 데이터에서의 처리 감소율이 작은 데이터에 비해 상대적으로 작은 것에 기인한다. 이러한 실험 결과는 제안 모델이 중앙 지역에서 서비스의 접근 빈도가 잦은 일반 사용자들뿐 만 아니라 간헐적으로 대용량 데이터를 전송하기 위해 서비스에 접근하는 첨단 망 사용자들에게도 적합하다는 것을 보여준다.
Compared to the commercial networks, R&E networks have the strength such as flexible network engineering and design. Based on those features of R&E networks, we propose our storage cloud service model which supports general-purpose network users in a central region and experimental network users in distributed regions simultaneously. We prototype our service model utilizing multiple proxy controllers of OpenStack Swift service in order to deploy several regions via experimental backbone networks. Our experiments on the influence of the network latency and the size of data to be transmitted show that the bigger size of data is preferable to the smaller size of data in an experimental backbone network where the network latency increases within 10ms because the rate of throughput decline in the bigger object is comparatively small. It means that our service model is appropriate for experimental network users who directly access the service in order to move intermittently high volume of data as well as normal users in the central region who access the service frequently.

Mechanical designers often make mistakes that result in unwanted over-constraints, causing difficulty in assembly operations and residual stress due to interference among parts. This study is concerned with detection and elimination of over-constraints. Screw theory is a general method that is used for constraint analysis of an assembly and motion analysis of a mechanism. Mechanical assemblies with plane-plane, pin-hole, and pin-slot constraint pairs are analyzed using screw theory to illustrate its utility. As a real-world problem, a ball valve design is analyzed using the same method, and several unwanted over-constraints are detected. Elimination measures are proposed. Nominal dimensions of some parts are adjusted, and dimensions and tolerances of the pins and holes are modified using the virtual condition boundary concept. The revised design is free of over-constraints. General procedure for applying screw theory to constraint analysis is established and demonstrated; it will contribute to improving quality of assembly designs.
배수 설계를 위한 벼의 관수심 및 관수피해율에 관한 연구

The objective of this study is to contribute to drainage planning in the most realistic and economical way by establishing the relationship between rice yield reduction and overhead flooding by muddy water of each growth stage of paddy, which is the most important factor in determining optimum drainage facilities. This study was based on the data mainly from the experimental reports of the Office of Rural Development of Korea, Reduction Rate Estimation for Summer Crops, published by Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Japan and other related research documenta- tion. The results of this study are summarized as follows 1. Damages by overhead flooding are highest in heading stage and have the tendency of decrease in the order of booting stage, panicle formation stage, tillering stage, and stage just after transplanting. Damages by overhead flooding of each growing stage are as follows: a) It is considered that overhead flooding just after transplanting gives a little influence on plant growth and yield because the paddy has sufficient growth period from floo ding to harvest time. b) Jt is analyzed that according to the equation y=11 12x 0.908 which is derived from this study, damages by overhead flooding during tillering stage for 1, 2, 3 successive days are 11.1 %, 20.9%, and 30.2% respectively. c) Damages by overhead flooding after panicle formation stage are very serious because recovering period is very short after damage and ineffective tillering is much. Acc- ording to the equation y=9. 58x+10. Ol derived from this study, damages by overhead flooding fal 1,2,3,5 successive days are 19.6%, 29.2%, 38.8%, 57.9% respectively. d) Booting stage is the very important period in which young panicle has grown up almost completely and the number of glumous flower is fixed since reduction division takes place in the microspore mother cell and enbryo mother cell. According to the equation y=39. 66x 0.558 derived from this study, damages by overhead floodingfor 0.5, 1, 3, 5 successive days are 26.9%, 39.7%, 72. 2% and 97.4%, respectively. Therefore, damages by overhead flooding is very serious during the hooting stage. e) When ear of paddy emerges, flowering begins on that day or the next day; when paddy flowers, fertilization will be completed 2-3 hours after flowering. Therefore overhead flooding during heading stage impedes flowering and increases sterilizing percentage. From this reason damages of heading stage are larger than that of booting stage. According to the equation y-41 94x 0.589 derived from this study, damages by overhead flooding for 0.5, 1, 3, 5, successive days are 27.9%, 63.1 %, 80.1%, and 100% 2. Considering that temperature of booting stage is higher than that of beading stage and plant height of booting stage is ten centimeters shorter than that of heading stage, booting stage should be taken as a critical period for drainage planning because possi- bility of damage occurrence in booting stage is larger than that of heading stage. There-fore, it is considered that booting stage should be taken as critical period of paddy growth for drainage planning. 3. Overhead flooding depth is different depending on the stage of growth. In case, booting stage is adopted as design stage of growth for drainage planning, it is conside red that the allowable flooding depth for new varieties and general varieties are 70cm and 80cm respectively. 4. Reduction Rate Estimation by Wind and Flood for Rice Planting of the present design criteria for drainage planning shows damage by overhead flooding for 1 to 2, 3 to 4, 5 to 7 consecutive days; damages by overhead flooding varies considerably over several hours and experimental condition of soil, variety of paddy, and climate differs with real situation. In this study, the structural optimal design was applied to the girder of over head crane. The optimization was carried out using ANSYS code fur the deadweight of girder, especially focused on the thickness of its upper, lower, reinforced and side plates. The weight could be reduced up to around 15% with constraints of its deformation, stress and buckling strength. The structural safety was also verified by the buckling analysis of its panel structure. It might be thought to be very useful to design the conventional structures fur the weight save through the structural optimization. The objective function and restricted function were estimated by the orthogonal array, and the sensitivity analysis of design variable fur that was operated.

본 연구에서는 2000년부터 2020년까지의 국내 지상파 방송사 웹 디자 인 변화를 통해 방송사들의 웹 정체성에 대해 살펴보았다. 분석에서는 해 외 지상파 방송사인 미국의 NBC, 영국의 BBC사를 포함하여 국내 지상파 방송사 웹 디자인 변화의 특징에 대해 탐구했다. 분석 결과, 2000년의 지 상파 방송사 웹 디자인은 당시의 기술적 특성을 충실히 반영하면서 그래 픽을 많이 이용했다. 하지만 2010년에 들어서 방송사 웹 디자인의 그래픽 의존도는 오히려 감소했다. 이후 2020년에는 방송사 웹 디자인이 부분적 으로나마 일관성을 유지하며 진화된 사용자와의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 방 송사의 웹 정체성을 구축하기 위해 노력하는 것이 발견되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전체적으로 볼 때 국내 지상파 방송사들의 웹 정체성 구축을 위 한 노력은 부족했던 것으로 나타났다.
This study examined the web identity of broadcasters through changes in web design in domestic terrestrial broadcasters from 2000 to 2020. In the analysis, the characteristics of web design changes in domestic terrestrial broadcasters, including NBC in the United States and BBC in the UK, were investigated. It was found that the web design of terrestrial broadcasters in 2000 used graphics a lot while faithfully reflecting the technical characteristics of the time. However, in 2010, the graphic dependence of broadcaster web design decreased. Then, in 2020, it was discovered that broadcaster web design partially retained consistency and tried to build a broadcaster's web identity through communication with evolved users. Nevertheless, as a whole, it was found that domestic terrestrial broadcasters' efforts to build a web identity were insufficient.

본 연구에서는 해양플랜트의 플로트오버 설치작업을 위해 개발된 능동형 갑판 지지 프레임 (Deck support frame, DSF)의 구조설계에 대해 다양한 실험계획법을 이용한 민감도해석의 비교연구를 수행하였다. 능동형 DSF의 주요 구조부재의 두께 치수 변수는 설계인자로 고려하였고, 응답치는 중량과 강도성능으로부터 선정하였다. 민감도해석의 비교연구에 사용한 실험계획법은 직교배열설계법, Box-Behnken 설계법 그리고 Latin hypercube 설계법이다. 실험계획법의 설계공간 탐색의 근사화 성능을 평가하기 위해 반응표면법을 각 실험계획법 별로 생성하여 근사화 정확도 특성을 검토하였다. 또한 최상설계안 의 결과로부터 실험계획법의 특성에 따른 수치계산 비용, 중량감소 효과 등과 같은 설계향상 효과를 비교하였다. 능동형 DSF의 구조설계에 대해 직교배열설계법이 가장 향상된 결과를 나타내었다.
The paper deals with comparative study on sensitivity analysis using various methods regarding to design of experiments for structure design of an active type DSF (Deck support frame) that was developed for float-over installation of offshore plant. The thickness sizing variables of structure member of the active type DSF were considered the design factors. The output responses were defined from the weight and the strength performances. Various methods such as orthogonal array design, Box-Behnken design, and Latin hypercube design were applied to the comparative study. In order to evaluate the approximation performance of the design space exploration according to the design of experiments, response surface method was generated for each design of experiment, and the accuracy characteristics of the approximation were reviewed. The design enhancement results such as numerical costs, weight minimization, etc. via the design of experiment methods were compared to the results of the best design. The orthogonal array design method represented the most improved results for the structure design of the active type DSF.

This paper suggests that Copyright Approach appears to be better alternative for protection of fashion design when compared to design law or unfair competition law. However, for the solutions to the problems of implementing copyright for fashion, the Copyright Protection of fashion design is necessary to meet realistic needs and provide a realistic duration. In sum, the Copyright Act provide substantive protection to fashion design. In sum, a more substantive, stronger protection of fashion design can be found through the Copyright Act as works of applied art. This paper will be described with the following;In section Ⅱ, this paper will discuss whether or not fashion design currently is or could be protected under the copyright law, highlighting existing doctrines on useful articles and separability and comparing the US and Japanese legal approach to copyright protection for fashion design. The current copyright law will be maintain settled copyright principles concerning physical or conceptual separability and the useful article doctrine. However,highlighting the legislative intent of the provisions of works of applied art under the current copyright law, the court must not be continuing to uphold the traditional, restrictive interpretations of the Copyright Act and its provisions of works of applied art. Consequently, it is necessary to adopt a limited duration applied to the appropriate protection of fashion designs in addressing the concerns of the overprotection suchlike long-term duration (during the survival of the author and until 50 years after death). In section Ⅲ, this paper will discuss whether or not fashion design currently is or could be protected under the unfair competition law. Under the unfair competition law, a designer must show that the sale of a copy is likely to confuse the public, because the public has acquired a secondary meaning for mark. Fashion is notoriously ephemeral and transient. In fact, by the transient and seasonal nature of the fashion industry, the majority of designers will be defeated. Thus, the Dead Copy Prohibition provision was newly established and introduced as an act of unfair competition as Article 2,subparagraph (1), item (Ja) of the amended Act of Unfair Competition Law of 2004. The protection period is very short, only for 3 years as the minimun investment pay-back period. In section Ⅳ, this paper will discuss whether or not fashion design currently is or could be protected under the design law. Under the current Design Protection Act, protection is granted to a new, original and ornamental design for an article of manufacture. However, fashion designs have frequently held to have failed these requirements in the court decisions. Even if they met these requirements, the design right is difficult and expensive to obtain, and entail a lenthy examination process. According to an commentator, design law would appear to be a poor fit fashion design. Thus,A non-examination design registration system(Article 2, subparagraph (v))was introduced under the former Design Act(enforced on March 1, 1998). The design registration procedure of Korea is characterized by being referred to as the double track. In section Ⅴ, this paper will summarize conclusions.
동작주파수 및 출력파워 조절이 용이한 신호생성용 안테나 설계

동작주파수를 쉽게 조절할 수 있는 신호생성용 안테나 (Antenna-Integrated Oscillator) 설계방법을 소개한다. 제안하는 회로는 광대역에서 부성저항을 갖는 능동회로 (Negative-Resistance Circuit)와 패치안테나로 구분되며, 오실레이터의 동작주파수는 안테나의 공진 주파수로 결정된다. 이러한 디자인 방법은 안테나와 오실레이터의 동작주파수 불일치로 인한 출력파워의 감소 가능성을 줄일 수 있다. 또, 제안하는 설계방법에서 안테나의 Feed 지점과 Feed 라인의 길이를 조절하여 최적의 출력파워를 낼 수 있음을 Load-Pull 시뮬레이션으로 확인하였다. C-band, X-band 회로를 각각 제작, 측정하였고 이를 통하여 설계방법의 타당성을 증명하였다.
A new design for easily controlling operating frequency of an antenna-integrated planar oscillator is introduced. The oscillator circuit of a broadband negative-resistance active part and a passive load including a patch antenna. The patch resonance is used for determining the oscillation frequency. This design reduces the possibility of mismatch between antenna radiation and oscillation frequencies. To achieve optimum output power, load-pull simulation for the negative-resistance circuit is used. The load-pull simulation shows the feed point and the delay of feed line can affect the oscillation power. Two negative-resistance circuits capable of supporting oscillation over full C-band and X-band are fabricated. The oscillation frequency, output power and phase noise for different patch antennas are measured.

In this paper, the design of hydraulic actuating circuit of doing over-running load was performed. Generally, the counter balance valve has been used to protect over-run or free falling of acuating system. But sometimes, it makes some undesirable problems such as pressure surge or vibration. To overcome such problems and satisfy the system requirements, we suggest the hydraulic circuit actuated by servo valve. In order to verify the properness of suggested hydraulic circuit, hydraulic actuator with servo valve was modeled using ADAMS/Hydraulic which is a commercial dynamic analysis software for multi-body system. Also, the effectiveness of hydraulic actuating circuit was verified via test bed and real plant.
TPS : TPM 및 파일 가상화를 통한 개인정보보호 자동화 시스템 디자인 및 구현 KCI 등재

본 논문에서는 TPM(Trusted Platform Module) 기반의 개인정보보호 자동화 시스템, TPS(TPM-enhanced Privacy Protection System)를 제안한다. TPS는 클라이언트 내 저장된 문서 중 개인정보를 포함하는 문서를 주기적으로 탐지하고 개인정보가 탐지된 문서를 암호화하여 서버에서 이를 관리하도록 하는데, TPM 기반의 키 관리기법 및 클라이언트 시스템의 무결성 검증을 통해 비정상 상태의 클라이언트에 대한 개인정보 포함 문서의 열람을제한하여 보안성을 높였다. 또한 개인정보가 포함된 문서가 암호화 되어 원격 서버에 저장이 되나, 사용자에게는 일반 문서 접근과 동일한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 VTF(Virtual Trusted File) 인터페이스를 제안하고이를 구현하였다. 이를 통해 TPS는 개인정보 탐지, 암호화, 원격 서버로의 저장까지의 일련의 과정을 자동 수행하도록 하여 사용자 관점에서의 개입 없이 개인정보보호법을 준수를 자동화 하는 시스템을 구현하였다.
In this paper, we propose the TPS (TPM-enhanced Privacy Protection System) which is an automated privacy protection system enhanced with a TPM (Trusted Platform Module). The TPS detects documents including personal information by periodic scanning the disk of clients at regular intervals and encrypts them. Hence, system manages the encrypted documents in the server. In particular, the security of TPS was greatly enhanced by limiting the access of documents including the personal information with regard to the client in an abnormal state through the TPM-based platform verification mechanism of the client system. In addition, we proposed and implemented a VTF (Virtual Trusted File) interface to provide users with the almost identical user interface as general document access even though documents containing personal information are encrypted and stored on the remote server. Consequently, the TPS automates the compliance of the personal information protection acts without additional users’ interventions.

본 논문에서는 지그비를 이용한 무선 기반 센서 네트워크 단점을 극복하기 위하여 유무선 네트워크 연동 기술을 이 용한 하이브리드 센서 네트워크 구현 방안을 제시하였다. 제안된 유무선 연동 센서 네트워크는 CATV망에서의 저손실 전송 특성을 바탕으로 실내 무선 환경의 열악한 전송 특성을 보완할 수 있으며, 마찬가지로 동일 주파수 대역의 무선랜 과 블루투스의 간섭에서도 자유로울 수 있다. 또한 이미 충분한 인프라가 구축되어 있는 CATV망을 변경없이 사용하 고, 기존 무선망의 전송 부정확성에 대한 안정성과 예측 가능한 전송 링크를 제공함으로써 네트워크 설계가 보다 효율 적이었으며, 센서 네트워크의 안정성과 높은 신뢰성을 보장하였다.
In this paper, in order to overcome the disadvantage of wireless-based sensor network, a hybrid sensor network using wired and wireless linkage is proposed. Proposed a wired and wireless linkage hybrid sensor network can compensate the defect of poor transmission at the indoor wireless environment, and can be free from interference between a wireless LAN and Bluetooth of the same frequency bandwidth due to an attribute of low-loss transmission at the CATV network. Also, proposed a wired and wireless linkage hybrid sensor network make use of CATV network which is well-built infrastructure, is more efficient to design network, assure a stability and high reliability of the sensor network as providing a stability for an inaccuracy and a predictable transmission link for the existing wireless network.

본 논문에서는 CATV 동축케이블 망에서 초고속인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위한 네트워크 융복합의 새로운 기술을 제안하고, 1Gbps급 전송속도를 갖는 케이블 집선장치와 모뎀을 제작하였다. 이 기술은 기존 DOCSIS 규격의 결합(Bonding) 기술에 비해 제작비용을 낮출 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 채널 대역폭 조절에 따라 데이터 속도도 가변이 용이한 구조로 설계되었다. 실험결과에 따르면, 128QAM 컨볼루션 코드 레이트를 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8로 변화시켰을 때, 데이터는 에러율이 0 상태에서 최대 299Mbps까지의 전송속도를 나타냈으며, 256QAM에서는 10-5이내의 에러율 상태에서 342Mbps의 전송속도를 나타내었다. 본 논문의 결과를 활용하여, 채널 대역폭 200MHz를 확보하고 채널 상태에 따라 변조율과 부호율을 조정하면, 1Gbps 이상 전송속도가 가능하고, 기존 DOCSIS방식 보다 성능과 가격 면에서 경쟁력을 가질 것으로 기대된다.
This paper aims to propose a novel technology of network convergence to provide ultra high speed internet services over CATV networks, by which a CMC(cable modem concentrator) and CM(cable modem) of 1Gbps level are designed. This technology not only lowers the production cost in comparison to the existing bonding technology with DOCSIS specification but also enables the adjustment of data speed based on the channel bandwidth. According to the experiments, when convolutional code rate with 128QAM is changed to 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 and 7/8, the data recorded the maximum transmission speed of up to 299 Mbps at the zero error rate. As the convolutional code rates with 256QAM is increased, it showed 334Mbps at the error rate of 10-5. Based on the findings of this paper, if we secure the channel bandwidth of 200MHz and adjust the modulation order of QAM and the convolution code rate depending on the channel status, we can get the transmission speed of more than 1Gbps, which is much more competitive in its function and price than the existing technology based on DOCSIS.

In the newly released 802.11aa-2012 protocol, intra access category prioritization (IACP) and drop eligibility indicator (DEI) enable stream classification service (SCS) with graceful degradation for robust audio and video streaming. IACP introduces the need for scheduling between the primary and alternative AC queues (AC_VI and AAC_VI) for differentiating real-time and non-real-time video streams. This paper proposes a novel cross-layer design for the scheduler between AC_VI and AAC_VI, which combines a real-time video importance scheme in the Application layer and a priority weighting and dropping algorithm (PWD) in the MAC layer, where priority weighting is applied only to AC_VI and priority dropping to both AC_VI and AAC_VI. The results show that the proposed design outperforms the conventional ones, including IACP-RR, ICAP-WRR, and SCS-WRR, with substantial performance gains for both real-time and non-real-time video streams via AC_VI and AAC_VI. Such a win-win game, not possibly achieved by the conventional designs, shows the true power of PWD.

The strategies of the welding seam dynamic passing control and feasible loose edge rolling technology are put forward. In the process of cold mill welding, by dynamic regulation roll-gap, bending force and stand speed. The control strategy of reducing tensions between stands and strip edge is achieved. At the same time, the decoupling control strategy of plate shape and thickness can reduce the influence of roll-gap on plate shape and of bending force and stand speed on the steel thickness. Simulation analysis and practical application show that the technology effectively reduces the occurrence of steel strip fracture of tandem cold mill units.

In this paper, delay-limited transmission of Quasi-stationary sources over block fading channels is considered. Considering distortion outage probability as the performance measure, two source and channel coding schemes with power adaptive transmission are presented. The delay limited transmission of a quasi-stationary source over a block fading channel is from the perspective of source and channel coding design and it utilizes performance scaling laws. Because In a Quasi -stationary sources time utilization takes a major role. For that the first one is optimized for fixed rate transmission, and hence enjoys simplicity of implementation. The second one is a high performance scheme, which also benefits from optimized rate adaptation with respect to source and channel states. In high SNR regime, the performance scaling laws in terms of outage distortion exponent and asymptotic outage distortion gain are derived, where two schemes with fixed transmission power and adaptive or optimized fixed rates are considered as benchmarks for comparisons. Various analytical and numerical results are provided which demonstrate a superior performance for source and channel optimized rate and power adaptive scheme.
