Lately the construction market using modular system, which is one of dry construction methods, is increasing rapidly. Furthermore the demand of urban living homes using modular system due to happy home project is expected to increase. However, due to low awareness of this construction method and uncertain economics compared to conventional construction methods, the purchases by private consumers are inactive. Thus this study will conduct an economic analysis by calculating cost and profit by construction method in order to provide basic data for establishing directions for the projects in the future and making decisions.

Recently Ministry of National Defense is reconstructing old facilities using modular construction method for enhancing soldiers' quality of living. In the future, the use of modular construction method is expected to be increased. But in beginning stage as ROK military facilities that was built by modular was not designed and constructed efficiently, problems for pilot projects need to be analyzed by phases and construction methods should be improved. For the maximized efficiency, design should be made to minimize on-site works, factory automation in an assembly plant should be installed for the better productivity, roads that will be used for transportation should be checked, and joint and connection methods between modules in on-site assembly should be improved for a better quality.

Battery use is increasing worldwide to achieve carbon neutrality and improve energy efficiency, but batteries are a finite resource and their application is determined by capacity and specifications. Battery performance deteriorates as the number of uses increases. A certain level of battery performance degradation has become an issue in the field of reuse and recycling, and various studies are being conducted on reuse to solve power shortages. Waste batteries from electric vehicles are suitable for building ESS based on reusable batteries, and for stable use, technical skills are needed to accurately predict battery life and determine status information. Predicting battery life and determining status information are difficult due to non-linearity due to internal structure or chemical changes. In this paper, we manufactured a modular internal resistance measuring device and compared the measured values with Hioki equipment to minimize the error rate through a correction method. As a result of testing Hioki equipment and modular measuring instruments to ensure efficiency and safety based on reusable batteries, an accuracy of over 95% was confirmed.
가변길이 분할 기법을 적용한 모듈러 지수연산법 KCI 등재

암호학의 암호 생성과 해독의 곱셈 횟수는 대부분 모듈러 지수연산의 효율적 구현여부로 결정된다. 표준 모듈러 지수연산법으로는 법인 이진법이 있으며, 법이 많이 적용되고 있다. 법은 에 대해 R-L 방향으로 비트로 고정된 분할을 하고, 회 제곱과 비트값 곱셈을 수행하는 제곱-곱셉법이다. 본 논문에서는 에 대해 L-R 방향으로 가변길이로 분할하는 방법을 적용한다. 또한, 개변길이의 제곱과 곱셈 또는 나눗셈을 적용한다. 제안된 가변길이 분할법은 고정길이 분할법인 법에 비해 곱셈 수행횟수를 감소시킬 수 있었다.
The times of multiplication for encryption and decryption of cryptosystem is primarily determined by implementation efficiency of the modular exponentiation of . The most frequently used among standard modular exponentiation methods is a standard binary method, of which is most popular. The is a square-and-multiply method which partitions into fixed bits from right to left and squares times and multiplies bit values. This paper proposes a variable-length partition algorithm that partitions from left to right. The proposed algorithm has proved to reduce the multiplication frequency of the fixed-length partition method.

Modular BOMs are typically used in TWO-Level Master Production Schedule. To solve the problems of Modular BOM generation and efficient DB construction, we proposed Value Clustering Method. Based upon Where-Used matrix of products and components, VCM is the method to find out module by generating product family group value, product value, and component value. We also proposed method to find out information about Modules, algorithms to find out Modules that show Alternative Usage Pattern, and method to find out Modules used in a given product. We also compared the DB creation method by Value Clustering Method and by conventional method. We compared the size of DB in both methods. We mathematically proved that the proposed method is doing better as the size and complexity of product family gets larger and more complicated.
A PDPWM Based DC Capacitor Voltage Control Method for Modular Multilevel Converters

This paper presents a control scheme with a focus on the combination of phase disposition pulse width modulation (PDPWM) and DC capacitor voltage control for a chopper-cell based modular multilevel converter (MMC) for the purpose of eliminating the time-consuming voltage sorting algorithm and complex voltage balancing regulators. In this paper, the convergence of the DC capacitor voltages within one arm is realized by charging the minimum voltage module and discharging the maximum voltage module during each switching cycle with the assistances of MAX/MIN capacitor voltage detection and PDPWM signals exchanging. The process of voltage balancing control introduces no extra switching commutation, which is helpful in reducing power loss and improving system efficiency. Additionally, the proposed control scheme also possess the merit of a simple executing procedure in application. Simulation and experimental results indicates that the MMC circuit together with the proposed method functions very well in balancing the DC capacitor voltage and improving system efficiency even under transient states.

In this paper, a new modular design technique for globally and practically adaptive output tracking of high-order lower-triangular nonlinear systems is proposed. This technique is not based on certainty equivalence principle and completely uses feedback domination method for these linearly parameterized systems. Contrary to the methods based on adding a power integrator technique, for adaptive control of high-order lower-triangular nonlinear systems, in which the choice of a parameter update law is limited to a Lyapunov-type algorithm, the present method does not have this restriction and uses the swapping identifier as its parameter update law. The modularity of designing the controller and the identifier in this method, which relies on control design using feedback domination approach, is completely different from modular design in Immersion and invariance (I&I) based method, which relies on identifier design and desired features of parameter identification. Finally an example illustrates the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.
A Hybrid Modular Multilevel Converter Topology with an Improved Nearest Level Modulation Method

In this paper, a hybrid modular multilevel converter (MMC) topology with an improved nearest level modulation method is proposed for medium-voltage high-power applications. The arm of the proposed topology contains N series connected half-bridge submodules (HBSMs), one full-bridge submodule (FBSM) and an inductor. By exploiting the FBSM, half-level voltages are obtained in the arm voltages. Therefore, an output voltage with a 2N+1 level number can be generated. Moreover, the total level number of the inserted submodules (SMs) is a constant. Thus, there is no pulse voltage across the arm inductors, and the SM capacitor voltage is rated. With the proposed voltage balancing method, the capacitor voltage of the HBSM is twice the voltage of the FBSM, and each IGBT of the FBSM has a relatively low switching frequency and an equalized conduction loss. The capacitor voltage balancing methods of the two kinds of SMs are implemented independently. As a result, the switching frequency of the HBSM is not increased compared to the conventional MMC. In addition, according to a theoretical calculation of the total harmonic distortion of the electromotive force (EMF), the voltage quality with the presented method can be significantly enhanced when the SM number is relatively small. Simulation and experimental results obtained with a MMC-based inverter verify the validity of the developed method.

A Fundamental Frequency Sorting Algorithm (FFSA) is proposed in this paper to balance the voltages of floating dc capacitors for Modular Multilevel Converters (MMCs). The main idea is to change the sequences of the CPS-PWM carriers according to the capacitor voltage increments during the previous fundamental period. Excessive frequent sorting is avoided and many calculating resources are saved for the controller. As a result, more sub-modules can be dealt with. Furthermore, it does not need to measure the arm currents. Therefore, the communication between the controllers can be simplified and the number of current sensors can be reduced. Moreover, the proposed balancing method guarantees that all of the switching frequencies of the sub-modules are equal to each other. This is quite beneficial for the thermal design of the sub-modules and the lifetime of the power switches. Simulation and experimental results acquired from a 9-level prototype verify the viability of the proposed balancing method.

As the more people use smart phones, the interest in the apps gets the higher. Studies such as App Inventor, app generation methods using templates provide app development process with app development methods by substituting programming work. However, the realm of producible apps is limited and there are a lot of set up operations and input informations. Also, there is lack of support for smart phone sensors that are in a high demand of utilization. This paper proposed an android app development method for resolving existing problems, and implemented an accompanying app development tool. When the proposed app development method derived through combination of function modules and sensor modules is used, it's possible to produce apps with minimal user inputs, and to use sensors easily. Also, because it is simple to identify overall flow of app execution, and functions addible to the app are provided for users by units of module, it is possible to develop apps quickly.

최근 모듈러 공법을 활용한 중 고층 건축 기술이 개발되면서 현장 시공 오차 관리의 중요성이 부각되었다. 모듈러 공법은 공장 생산 특성 때문에 현장에서 시공 오차를 조정하는 것이 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 시공 오차를 사전에 예방하기 위해서는 모듈러 공법 특성을 반영한 관리 방안이 필요하며 각 단계별 공사 참여자의 의사 결정이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 모듈러 공사 시공 오차 요인을 분석하고, 시공 프로세스 기반의 시공 오차 관리 방안 의사 결정 지원 모델을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 모듈러 공사 참여자가 시공 오차 관리 방안을 도출하는데 가이드라인 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
Recently, the development of middle and high-rise building technology using modular construction method has emphasized the importance of site construction error management. The modular construction method is very limited to adjust the construction error in the field because of the factory production characteristics. Therefore, in order to prevent the construction error in advance, a management plan reflecting the characteristics of the modular construction method is required, and it is important to make the decision of the construction participant at each stage. This study analyzed the factor of construction error of modular construction and suggested a decision support model for construction error management based on construction process. The result of this study is expected to be a guideline for the modular construction participant to derive the construction error management plan.
3D Infill을 활용한 PC 모듈러공법과 기존공법과의 시공프로세스 비교 연구

In accordance with changes in the domestic construction environment, interest in off-site construction methods (factory-manufactured construction methods) including modular construction methods is rapidly increasing. Among various off-site (OSC) construction methods, the front runner is the steel-based box-type modular construction method. Compared to the existing wet construction method, the steel modular construction method is increasing in terms of securing economic feasibility by shortening the construction period and increasing the prefabrication rate. However, due to the recent rise in raw materials and a sharp rise in the exchange rate, the economic feasibility of the wet method is deteriorating compared to the wet method. Therefore, a hybrid between 9-Matrix-based OSC construction methods is considered as a solution, away from the steel-box type combination, and a comparative study of the construction process between each construction method is being conducted. It was analyzed that the PC modular construction method shortened the construction period by 9% compared to the existing steel modular construction method. On the other hand, when comparing the construction period of the Gayang-dong demonstration complex calculated assuming that all modules are applied, it is estimated that there will be a 12% reduction in construction period compared to the steel modular method and a whopping 43% compared to the RC method.

본 논문에서는 모듈형 멀티레벨 컨버터 (Modular Multilevel Converter; MMC)의 스위칭 손실을 줄이기 위한 모델 예측 제어 (Model Predictive Control; MPC) 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 지령 상 전압과 상 전류를 이용하여 매 샘플링 시점 마다 전류가 크게 흐르는 구간 동안 서브모듈의 스위칭 동작을 클램핑 시키는 옵셋전압을 계산한다. 제안된 방법의 스위칭 손실 저감 효과는 기존의 방법과의 손실 데이터 비교를 통하여 검증되었다.

본 논문은 모듈형 멀티레벨 컨버터를 이용한 특고압 직류 배전용 지능형 변압기의 운용을 위한 제어 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 저주파 변압기는 부피와 무게가 매우 크며 효율이 낮다는 단점을 갖는다. 이에 반해 다수의 IGBT를 사용하는 지능형 변압기는 시스템의 부피를 저감할 수 있으며 고효율 운영이 가능하다. 또한, 직류 배전 계통의 단락 사고가 발생하였을 때 직류 차단기의 역할이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 변압기의 토폴로지, 변조 방법을 제시하고, 스위칭 및 출력 특성을 분석한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 지능형 변압기 운용 제어 기법의 타당성을 확인한다.

In this paper, a voltage-based model predictive control (MPC) scheme for a modular multilevel converter is used to reduce switching loss. The proposed method calculates an offset voltage that clamps the switching operation of submodules in which the current greatly flows at every sampling period by using the reference phase voltage and the reference phase current. To use the offset voltage, the proposed method converts the current-based MPC to the voltage-based MPC. The proposed voltage-based MPC then generates a new reference pole voltage that clamps the switching of submodules by applying the calculated offset voltage to the phase voltage. Therefore, the proposed method can reduce the switching loss by stopping the switching operation of submodules in which the current greatly flows. The switching loss reduction effect of the proposed method is verified by comparing its loss data with those of the conventional MPC method.
