본 연구는 지역축제에서 나타난 축제 재방문 또는 권유 행동의 결정요인을 분석하고, 이를 통하여 축제 서비스 소비자의 선택 행동을 파악하 고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국의 대표적인 지역축제 방문객을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 자료를 이용하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 2010년부 터 2015년까지 연도별로 작성된 자료를 종단적으로 이용함으로써 소비자 선택행위 요인의 유의성 및 일관성을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 는 이를 위해 이항로짓모형(binomial logitmodel)을 이용하여 축제서비스의 소비자 만족도가 재방문 및 권유선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 안동국제탈춤페스티벌의 경우 소비자의 재방문 및 권유 선택 행동에 지속적이고 일관된 영향을 미치는 축제 서비스 속성은 ‘축제 프로그램’인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 ‘축제상품’이나 ‘편의시설’ 역시 부분적으로 축제 재방문 선택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 비해 ‘접근성’은 대체로 통계적 유의성이 낮았으며, ‘방문경험’ 여부는 재방문에 주로 영향을 미쳤고, ‘지역민’ 여부는 권유행위에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 성공적인 지역축제는 소비자의 재방문 또는 권유 행동으로 나타날 것이므로, 축제의 재방문 및 권 유 선택을 높이기 위한 효과적인 소비자 조사 및 분석이 필요하며, 이러한 결과를 다음 연도 축제 기획에 반영할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the decision behaviors of consumers' revisit and recommend intention to the festivals and to provide an empirical basis for creating the demand for the local festivals. This study used survey data from the visitors of 'Andong Mask Dance Festival' which is one of the representative local events in South Korea. In this study, we analyzed the significance and consistencies of the determinants of revisit and recommend intention by using the data from 2010 to 2015. We studied the effect of consumers' satisfaction on repeat visits and recommend intention of their choices using the binomial logitmodel. From the empirical results, we found that the most important festival attribute that consistently influence consumers' revisit and recommend intention is its 'programs'. The 'commodities' and 'facilities' had significant effect on the recent consumer decision of repeat visits. On the other hand, 'accessibility' has lowstatistical significance, 'consumer loyalty' usually had an impact on revisit, but 'region' had no effect on recommend behavior. Revisit and recommend intention are important to successful local events, empirical analysis is needed to improve festival revisit and recommend choice.
