본 연구에서는 각 대학유형에 맞는 컨설팅을 제공하기 위해 실제로 대학에 제공해야할 컨설팅 내용을 도출하여 제 안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육부 보고서를 비롯한 그간 관련 연구기관 및 연구자들이 제안한 내용을 총체적으로 분석하 여 일반대와 전문대로 구분된 컨설팅 내용을 제안하였다. 연구결과를 기반으로 한 제안은 패키지 컨설팅단의 구성과 산학 협력전문가 풀 확산, 패키지 컨설팅 진행 방식에 대한 고민, 패키지 컨설팅 매뉴얼의 지속적인 개선, 패키지 컨설팅 성과 환류에 대한 대학 인센티브 부여, 패키지 컨설팅의 전문성과 실효성을 제고하기 위해 해당 대학의 사전 준비 및 컨설팅을 위한 사전조사, 패키지 컨설팅 결과에 대한 전체 산학협력단 공유, 산학협력단 우수 대학 포상제도 마련 등이다. 본 연구 가 우리나라 산학협력단의 기능강화에 기여할 수 있기를 바란다.

In this study, we aimed to derive and propose the actual consulting content that needs to be provided to universities in accordance with their respective types in order to offer tailored consulting services. To accomplish this, we comprehensively analyzed the content proposed by relevant research institutions, researchers, and educational reports from the Ministry of Education. We categorized the consulting content into general universities and specialized universities based on our research findings. The proposed recommendations, based on our research results, include the composition of a package consulting team, the widespread utilization of industry-academic cooperation experts, considerations for the execution of package consulting, continuous improvement of the package consulting manual, offering university incentives for the outcomes of package consulting, conducting preliminary research and preparation by the respective universities for consulting, sharing the results of package consulting with the entire industry-academic cooperation department, and establishing an award system for outstanding universities in the industry-academic cooperation department. We hope that this research will contribute to strengthening the functions of industry-academic cooperation departments in South Korea.
