Through research on the factors related to diffusion as the adoption of ERP systems, which were mainly distributed to large or medium-sized companies, increases in SMEs, and the role of top executives is also examined. As the data support method of the ERP system also moved to the Mobile Cloud ERP system with the development of technology, user accessibility and diffusion speed became faster. Based on two issues: technical and non-technical, we study diffusion factors by dividing them into Market Factors and Technical Factors, and Internal Factors and System Factors.

박근혜 정부의 ‘한반도 신뢰프로세스’는 확고한 안보를 토대로 평화를 수호하고, 북한의 모든 도발에는 대가를 치르도록 하는 한편, 동시에 안정적인 남북관계를 발전시켜 평화를 구축해가고자 한다. 이를 토대로 남북한 주민 모두의 행복이 보장되는 새로운 한반도를 만들어 나가는 것과 아울러 한반도의 평화통일에의 기반을 구축하려는 것이 ‘한반도 신뢰프로세스’의 궁극적인 목표이다. 이 글은 ‘한반도 신뢰프로세스’에 나타난 박근혜 정부의 대북정책과 통일구상에 대한 비판적 검토를 바탕으로 통일지향적 대북정책의 방향을 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 이 글은 ‘한반도 신뢰프로세스’를 대북, 대외, 대내 등의 세 차원으로 분리해서 분석한다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 이러한 세 가지 차원의 견지에서 통일지향적 대북정책을 추진하기 위한 다양한 정책들을 제안하고 있다.

During implementation of ‘Korean Peninsula Trust-building,’ peace is to be safeguarded on the basis of a firm and resolute security posture. All provocations are to trigger commensurate costs. At the same time, peace will be built along with the stable development of inter-Korean relations. The ultimate goals of the trust-building process are to usher in a new Korean Peninsula where the happiness of all inhabitants in the North and South is assured and to build a base of peaceful unification on the Korean Peninsula. Thus, the main idea behind the Park Government's ‘Korean Peninsula Trust-building Process’ is to be able to advance true peace building and peaceful unification over a long period of time on the basis of mutual trust between the North and South. This article explores the direction of a unification-oriented North Korean policy based upon a critical review of the Park Government’s ‘Korean Peninsula Trust-building process’. It is analyzed in three dimensions: inter-Korean relations, foreign relation, and domestic relations. This essay also suggests various policies for a unification-oriented North Korean policy for each of the three dimensions.
