운동강도의 차이가 비만초등학생의 혈중 MDA와 SOD에 미치는 영향 KCI 등재

The purpose of this study was effects of exercise intensity difference on MDA and SOD concentration in blood in elementary obese children. In this study, 40 elementary obese children were chosen, there were divided into 80% high-intensity exercise group(N=20) and 55% moderate-intensity exercise group(N=20). Blood-collecting was carried out four times(Rest, After exercise, 1 hour, 24 hour), and with the collected blood, plasma malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) were analyzed. It was shown that MDA & SOD in blood value at all exercise groups increased significantly after exercise rather than rest. After 24 hour, all exercise groups returned rest level in MDA & SOD. But high-intensity exercise group increased rather than moderate-intensity exercise group in MDA & SOD. To synthesis this result, Exercise increased considerably MDA & SOD concentration in blood in elementary obese children, Moderate-intensity exercise has effective in antioxidant system in body.

이 연구의 목적은 동일 운동 후 휴식시간 분배를 통한 2차 운동 결과가 휴식 분배와의 관계를 규명하여 스트레스호 르몬의 변화를 규명하는 것이다. 경남에 거주하는 대학생 12명을 대상으로 임으로 3조를 편성하고 3회 채혈과 반복측정 실험 하였다. 휴식시간분배는 10분, 20분, 30분으로 하였으며 운동 강도는 목표 심박수 60%로 설정하여 결과처리는 spss 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정 하였다. 코티솔 변화는 운동과 휴식 후 운동 전-후에서 10분, 30분 집단에서 차이를 보였으며 집단 간 측정 시기별에서는 2차 운동 후에 10분보다 20분과 30분 집단에서 차이를 보였다. 카테콜아민은 운동 전-후에서 세 집단 모두 차이를 보였으며 집단 간 측정시기별에서는 세 집단 모두 차이를 보였다. 그 중 20분 집단이 가장 효과적 이였다. 본 연구를 통해 건강을 위한 운동 강도와 휴식시간과의 관계에서 운동 후 20분 이상과 30분 이하의 휴식시간이 가장 이상적으로 스트레스 호르몬의 변화를 보였다. 따라서 운동 후 휴식시간은 20분 정도가 가장 중요한 요인이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a change in stress hormone due to the result of the second exercise through the distribution of break time after the same exercise by identifying the relationship between the result of the second exercise and the distribution of break time. Three groups were organized randomly from 12 university students residing in Gyeongsangnam-do and blood was collected for three times and the repeated measurement and experiment were carried out. The break time was distributed to 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes, and Target Heart Rate 60% was set for the exercise intensity α=.05 was set using the spss 18.0 program for processing the result. The 10-minute break group and the 30-minute break group showed a difference in the cortisol change after exercise and break, before and after exercise, and the 20-minute break group and the 30-minute break group showed a difference after the second exercise than the 10-minute exercise group for each measurement period. A difference in the catecholamine was shown in all three groups before and after exercise and all three groups showed a difference in the catecholamine for each measurement period. Among these groups, the 20-minute group was most effective. It was shown in this study that the break time more than 20 minutes and less than 30 minutes showed the most ideal change in the stress hormone in the relationship between the intensity of exercise for health and the break time. Therefore, a 20-minutes break after exercise can be the most important factor.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the intensity of warm-up exercise on the physiological response and exercise performance during resistance exercise. For this purpose, 8 male college students with at least 1 year of experience in resistance movement were selected. The warm-up condition was set to NON condition (preparatory exercise not performed), 3 set condition, 6 set condition, and 9 set condition, and the intensity was different for each set. After warm-up, 75% 1RM of main exercise was performed, and blood pressure and heart rate were measured immediately after exercise to measure RPP. The number of repetitions and total work for each condition were measured as the number of repetitions and momentum during the main exercise. The measured data were analyzed by repeated measures two-way ANOVA. As a result, although there was no difference in Rate Pressure Product according to the warm-up conditions, the number of repetitions and total amount of exercise showed the highest in the 3-set condition. Therefore, it is thought that the number and intensity of warm-up exercises should be set appropriately during resistance exercise, and warm-up of 3 sets or more during resistance exercise is thought to decrease exercise performance.

강도별 유산소 운동이 제 2형 당뇨쥐 뇌 조직의 당수송체(GLUT-1,3) 및 GLP-1R mRNA 발현에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise intensity difference on GLUT-1, 3 and GLP- 1R mRNA expression of brain tissue in type 2 diabetes rats. At 7 weeks of age, OLETF rats(N=40) were randomly assigned to : diabetic control group(DM, n=10), DM+low intensity exercise group(DM+LEX, n=10), DM+moderate intensity exercise group(DM+HEX, n=10), and DM+high intensity exercise group(DM+HXE, n=10). The exercise training group performed a treadmill running(60 min, 3 times/week) for 12 weeks. Compared with the DM group, the escape latency were significantly decreased in all exercise groups(p<.05). In the brain, GLUT-3 and GLP-1R mRNA were significantly increased in all exercise groups compared to DM, but GLUT-1 was no significant. These results suggest that aerobic exercise training contributes to improvements brain glucose metabolism by increasing glucose transporter, which may prevent the development of T2DM-related cognitive dysfunction.

유산소 운동의 강도차이가 경중도 비만 여성의 렙틴과 내장지방에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 경중도 비만여성의 대상으로 유산소 운동의 강도 차이가 렙틴과내장지방량 변화에 차이가 있는가를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구 피험자는 D광역시에 있는 헬스클럽에 처음으로 등록한 여성으로 BMI수준이 25∼30사이의 경중도 비만 여성을 대상으로 목표심박수를 50%, 60%, 70%로 각 집단의 운동 강도에 차이를 두어 12주간 실시한 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째 저강도(60-70%) 운동이 렙틴 감소 농도 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 운동강도에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 저강도 운동이 내장지방량에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 운동강도별 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과로서 유산소 운동은 렙틴과 내장지방량을 줄이는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 운동강도에 따른 변화는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 선행연구와 마찬가지로 유산소 운동이 지방조직으로부터 분비되고 시상하부의 전달 물질인 렙틴이 활동함으로서 내장지방량에 영향을 미친 것으로 사료된다. 동일 칼로리 소비시 저강도 운동이 지방분해에 더 효과가 있는 것으로 판단되며, 비만해소에 효과적인 운동강도를 제시하고자 했으나 여러 가지 호르몬의 변인, 영양섭취, 각 집단별 칼로리 소비 차이 등으로 인해 명확한 운동강도를 제시하지 못했다.

This study aims to find out the difference of the leptin and visceral fat amount for the severity obesity women from the aerobic exercise intensity difference. The subjects of this experiment are the severity obesity women who registered in the health club for the first time in D metropolitan city, with BMI level from 25 to 30 dividing targeting heart rate 50%, 60%, and 70% of the exercise intensity difference for 12 weeks. The results are as below. First, the low intensity exercise affected to reduce the concentration of the leptin, but there was no difference depending on the exercise intensity difference. Second, the low intensity exercise affected to reduce the amount of the visceral fat, but showed no difference by the each exercise intensity. As the result of this study, the aerobic exercise affects to reduce the amount of leptin and visceral fat, but no showing the difference from the exercise intensity. As like a previous research, it is considered that aerobic exercises made the leptin which secrets from the adipose tissue and is the hypothalamic conveyance activate to affect the amount of visceral fat. When consuming the same amount of the calorie, the low intensity exercise showed better effect to resolve the f at, so the study was going to suggest the solution of the effective exercise intensity for the obesity, but we could not suggest the clear exercise intensity because of various hormones’ change factors, taking nutrition, calorie consumption differences by the each group.
