The purpose of this study is to improve the accuracy of the Building Energy Analysis Program ECO2. Energy prediction through building energy simulation in the design phase is becoming very important for building maintenance effectively and optimal energy use. The ECO2 program continues to raise controversy over the accuracy of the evaluation due to its interpretation using simple calculation methods. In this study, ECO2 is compared with a globally recognized detailed analysis program Design builder with the resulting impact difference of each input variable to improve the accuracy of the sensitivity. Design builder is assumed to be an accurate analytical value, and modeling is carried out in accordance with the Energy Saving Design Standard. Sensitivity analysis, which analyzes the change in analytical result values by varying one input variable, is conducted in two programs, respectively. The Air infiltration rate and lighting density showed an error interval in which the results did not change linearly, but changed rapidly.

As part of the government's energy policy, Zero Energy Building certification was launched on January of 2017. However, the three passive-housing rental housing projects are the only ZEB-certified detached housing since the certification's launch. The reason is that, in order for a detached housing to earn ZEB certification, it has to secure self-reliance in energy, and a photovoltaic system is the only viable renewable energy system. Therefore, conducting an analysis to optimize the photovoltaic system in an early design stage is strongly recommended. This study aimed to propose an optimal photovoltaic system design for a detached housing after analyzing through the ECO2 energy simulation of 44 cases, varying in a module type and efficiency, inclination and azimuth. As a result, 15 cases out of 44 cases were analyzed to satisfy ZEB evaluation criteria, and it is thought that these data could contribute greatly to the expansion of ZEB certification dissemination.

수자원 개발 및 관광자원 확보를 위해 플로팅 건축물 등의 기법 도입과 관광단지로의 접근 편의성, 해상교통 등을 고려한 지리적 입지조건으로 수상건축물의 필요성이 대두되여 새로운 건축유형으로 부상하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 새로운 건축유형의 플로팅 건축물을 설비 대안별로 에너지소비량 분석을 통하여 에너지 절감효과를 제시함으로써 플로팅 건축물 에너지 제로화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

In addition, a floating building is emerging as a new type of building. Therefore, this study evaluates energy consumption of floating building by design alternatives and will provide basic data for zero-energybuilding of floating architecture.

In a situation that building energy consumption is increasing worldwide, the research utilizing BIM technology to analyze building energy has been actively conducted. On the other hand, data input method of the building energy analysis has been still manually entered. This paper proposed a improved input method of required information for building energy analysis using the ECO2-OD program. As a result, although some required information of BIM based design software could be almost entered when it comes to general information and architectural sector, it has a problem to be handled in HVAC sector. Therefore, in the both of general and architectural sectors, the BIM information from the BIM-based design software could be directly used to automatically and systematically input the information. Future research should be studied the algorism and method in connection with data exchange to utilize input method of ECO2-OD from BIM data.
