1792년(정조 16) 말부터 1793년(정조 17)까지 전라도에서는 정조와 승정원의 지 시로 전라도 도사 권방(1740~1808)이 주도하여 읍지 편찬 사업을 추진하였다. 전 라감영에서는 ‘영남규모’에 따라 『호남읍지』 유형을 개발⋅보급하여 정해진 형식 대로 읍지를 편찬하도록 하였다. 영남규모는 1786년(정조 10) 경상도 읍지 편찬 사 업에서 적용한 전형적인 『여지도서』 보완유형( 『경상도읍지』 유형)이나 『여지도서』 증보유형이 아니었다. 전라감영에서 읍지 표준양식으로 참고한 것은 경상도 각 고 을 읍지 중에서도 『안동부여지지』였다. 『안동부여지지』는 『여지도서』 경상도편의 수록항목을 바탕으로 『여지도서』 보완유형의 수록항목을 반영한 특이한 형태였다. 개인소장본 『호남읍지』와 국립고궁박물관 소장 『읍지』( 『각도읍지』)를 보면, 전 라도 56개 고을 가운데 54개 고을에서 1793년에 편찬한 동일한 유형의 읍지를 확 인할 수 있다. 전주부와 장흥부는 1793년지를 확인하기 어렵다. 그런데 『각도읍지』 전주부가 1832년에 편찬한 것이지만 『호남읍지』 유형인 것을 보면, 전주부에서도 다른 고을처럼 1793년에 『호남읍지』 유형의 읍지를 편찬한 것을 알 수 있다. 그러나 『각도읍지』 장흥부(1832)는 『호남읍지』 유형이 아니라, 유형 분류가 곤란한 ‘예 외 유형’이라 할 수 있다. 이 읍지는 1793년 편찬한 『장흥지』의 권말에 3개 항목을 추가한 것이다. 장흥부는 다른 고을과 달리, 유일하게 『호남읍지』 유형이 확인되지 않는다. 1793년에 편찬한 전라도 각 고을의 읍지는 18세기 말 정조 재위기 전라도 각 고을이나, 전라도 전체를 연구하고자 할 때 기본이 되어야 할 자료이다. 한 고을을 제외하고는 수록항목이 일치하므로 주제별로 분류하여 비교해 보면 나름의 의미 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

Kwon Bang(1740~1808), a vice-governor of Jeolla Province, carried out a project to compile eupjis(邑誌, local gazetteers) in the Jeolla region in 1793(Jeongjo 17). At that time, Jeollaegamyeong was required to compile eupjis according to a certain standard form. In Jeolla Gamyeong, a Honam Eupji type was developed based on the Andongbu-Yeojiji, which was compiled in 1786(Jeongjo 10), and Each county in Jeolla-do was required to compile eupjis in the prescribed format. Looking at the personal collection Honam Eupji and Eupji, which is kept by the National Palace Museum, eupjis of the type of Honam Eupji in 54 out of 56 counties in Jeolla-do are identified. Jeollabamyeong produced eupjis for storing Gamyeong and sending them to the central government office. Except for some eupjis, the personal collection Honam Eupji and the Gakdo Eupji are the same kind of books compiled at the same time. Jeonjubu and Changheungbu had no eupjis left in 1793. Jeonjubu was compiled in 1832, but the Honam Eupji type of eupji was compiled in reference to the Gakdo Eupji section. However, Jangheungbu is an ‘exceptional type’ in which the Gakdo Eupji section(1832) is difficult to categorize. It is the same as Jangheungji by Imanish Collection, which was compiled in 1793, except that the 1832 edition added three items at the end of the book. Therefore, it should be seen that the Jangheungbu did not compile the Honam Eupji type eupji in 1793. Since the eupjis of each county in Jeolla Province, compiled in 1793, are identical except for one county, I think they will produce their own meaningful results by comparing them by category. This data should be the basis for the study of each county or entire Jeolla Province during the reign of King Jeongjo in the late 18th century. Most of all, when trying to find the identity of Jeolla Province in the late 18th century as a study of local and regional studies, can be called data only if you look at it in detail.

The electrical fire is one of the high rates among fire occurences. The electrical fire is reported as the highest rate with 23% of total fire occurence rate, and the industrial facility fire is known as the second highest rate with 17.3% of total fire rate. This study is focused on the development of more effective self triggered fire extinguishing system to protect the fire of high value facility and equipment such as electrical distributed system. The fire extinguishing raw material is the condensed aerosol which does not yield the corrosion and fault of fire equipments and facilities. The fire at the supply system of electricity such as electrical distributed system produce the large loss of not only the whole system but also the other fields relating to the distributed system. The electrical system therefore should be guaranteed for both safety and supply capacity together with the fire occurrence and earthquakes. It is accordingly to be triggered for fastest fire suppression and prepared for the minimum loss at the emergent situation. Based on these circumstances the fire extinguishing system of condensed aerosol has been known for the very effective measure particularly at the small size of enclosure. The self triggered system of condensed aerosol must however have the requirement of fast response capability. The heat type fire extinguishing system has not been enough to sense the total thermal value inside the enclosure. This paper is therefore to describe the advancement of self triggered smoke type extinguishing system of aerosol including more accurate and fast capability. The developed smoke type system provide the fast automatic suppression method with accurate test results for the electrical distributed system.

Each item of sensory information is effectively integrated by Internet of things (IoT) system. However, due to different framework and interface, software and hardware platform and communication protocol are mutually independent, which makes distributed IoT system unable to fulfill uniform operation and management. By aiming at issues difficultly fulfilled by IoT system, a kind of framework model of IoT system based on Web Service is put forward. Firstly, function and framework analysis is conducted for local sensor service system, integrated sensor service system and integrated application service system required by model; next, an introduction about design of Web Service interface is made; finally, services and functions are abstracted to normalize the relation among three varieties of service systems of model. This scheme is proved to be with good applicability, flexibility and expansibility in cases.

This paper presents a distributed winding type axial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator (AFPMSG) with reduced the total harmonic distortion (THD), suitable for wind turbine generation systems. Although the THD of the proposed distributed winding type is more reduced than the concentrated winding type, the unbalance of the phase back EMF occurs. To improve the unbalance of the phase back EMF and the output power of the distributed winding type AFPMSG, the Kriging based on the latin hypercube sampling (LHS) is utilized. Finally, these optimization results are confirmed by experimental results. As a result, the unbalance of the phase back EMF and the output power of the distributed winding type AFPMSG were improved while maintaining the total harmonic distortion (THD) and the average phase back EMF.

The design of a control law guaranteeing an upper bound on the performance index of linear systems with point wise and distributed delay is addressed. The control law is computed through an iterative procedure: at each step, it is the solution that minimizes the Bellman type equation obtained from plugging in the functional of complete type associated to the closed loop system of the previous step. It is shown that at each step, the closed loop system remains into the class of systems with distributed delays, the stability of the closed loop is maintained, and the guaranteed cost does not increase. The allowed continuous time varying norm bounded uncertainties guaranteeing the cost are also characterized. An illustrative example validates the approach.

In this paper, we study the global stability and the existence of almost periodic solution of high-order Hopfield neural networks with distributed delays of neutral type. Some sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of almost periodic solution by employing fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method and results.

In this paper, under some suitable conditions, we study the Spitzer-type law of large numbers for the maximum of partial sums of independent and identically distributed random variables in upper expectation space. Some general results on necessary and sufficient conditions of the Spitzer-type law of large numbers for the maximum of partial sums of independent and identically distributed random variables under sublinear expectations are established, which extend the corresponding ones in classic probability space to the case of sub-linear expectation space.

Network type distributed control system uses a communication line which is named the BUS to exchange a data among the sub-systems. Usually, on the bus, only one data must be exited at one time, so the control algorithm to prevent collision or to manage a priority of data is important. Including CAN Protocol, many kind of FieldBus which are used for distributed control system, prevent data collision by controlling transmission time. But, a system which have to make a control signal or get a data from a sensor at fixed time will be met a problem when it is composed by using a network type distributed control structure. In this paper, some of these cases will be discussed and solutions be proposed for preventing a data collision. Also, using Arago Disk System which have a structure for inner loop control, the validity of the proposed methods will be verified.

In this paper, an idea of a network type distributed control of a system with inner loop control structure will be considered. Generally, in case of a control system with inner loop control structure, it is not easy to implement circuits and programming. Using network type distributed control structure, it will show how it is better than before. CAN(Controller Area Network) protocol which has been known that it has a high reliability on the signal in the various network protocols is used. Also, Arago's Disk System which has a inner loop control stucture is made to validate effectiveness of the proposed method.

연구개발단계별 연구개발투자와 논문 성과 간의 시차효과 분석: 국가연구개발사업을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 국가연구개발사업을 대상으로 각 연구단계별 연구개발 지출과 논문 성과 간의 시차구조를 분석하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 6T(IT, BT, NT, ST, ET, CT) 기술로 범주화 된 104개 기술의 횡단면 자료와 2007년부터 2014년까지의 시계열로 구성된 패널자료를 분석 자료로서 활용하였으며, 일반적인 시차분포모형을 통해 회귀분석을 실시할 경우 다중공선성이 내포된 분석결과가 도출될 가능성이 크기 때문에 다항시차분포모형을 통해 시차효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 기초연구의 경우 4년 간 비교적 고른 분포를 보이는 것으로 나타났고, 응용연구와 개발연구의 경우 각각 3년, 2년간 투자효과가 유효한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과로 보건대, 국가연구개발사업의 논문 성과를 진단함에 있어 각 연구개발단계별 시차적 특성을 감안한 분석 및 평가가 신중하게 고려될 필요가 있을 것이다.

This study aims to empirically estimate distributed lag effects of expenditure by type of R&D on scientific publication in the national R&D program. To analyze the lag structure between them, we used a dataset comprised of panel data from 104 technologies categorized by 6T (IT, BT, NT, ST, ET, CT) from 2007 to 2014, and employed multiple regression analysis based on the polynomial distributed lag model. This is because it is highly likely to emerge multicollinearity, if a distributed lag model without special restrictions is applied to multiple regression analysis. The main results are as follows. In the case of basic research, its lag effects are relatively evenly distributed during four years. On the other hand, the applied research and experimental development have distributed lag effects for three years and two years respectively. Therefore, when it comes to analyzing performance of scientific publication, it is necessary to be performed with characteristics of the time lag by type of R&D.

In recent years, distributed control systems(DCS) using fieldbus such as CAN have been applied to process systems but it is very difficult to design the DCS while guaranteeing the given end-to-end constraints such as precedence constraints, time constraints, and periods and priorities of tasks and messages. This paper presents a scheduling method to guarantee the given end-to-end constraints considering aperiodic, periodic and non-real-time message and task simultaneously. The presented scheduling method is the integrated one considering both tasks executed in each node and messages transmitted via the network and is designed to be applied to a general DCS that has multiple loops with several types of constraints, where each loop consists of sensor nodes with multiple sensors, actuator nodes with multiple actuators and controller nodes with multiple tasks.

본 연구에서는 분산전원과 에너지저장으로 구성된 독립형 DC 마이크로그리드의 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위한 협조적 Droop 제어기법을 제안하고 그 성능과 동작을 분석한 내용에 대해 기술하고 있다. 제안하는 시스템의 동작 타당성을 체계적으로 분석하기 위해 PSCAD/EMTDC 소프트웨어를 이용한 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하였으며 이를 기반으로 하드웨어 시스템을 제작하여 제안하는 시스템의 동작특성을 분석하였다.
