본 논문에서는 모의 화재 실험에 필수적으로 요구되는 화재 영상 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템 구성은 CCTV 이미지 자동 분석기, 화재 진행을 다른 센서들과 동기화하기 위한 디지털 타이머 체계를 포함한다. 이미 지 자동 분석기는 YOLOv5 딥러닝을 기반으로 진행하며 화재 실험 과정에 주로 나타나는 화염 영상을 중심으로 학습하도록 구현하였다. 전체 시스템에서 딥러닝 화재 영상 분석은 디지털 타이머 클럭으로 트리거되어 다른 센 서들과 동기화되도록 디자인하였다. 구현된 검출 시스템의 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 다양한 이미지 분석, 후처리 개 선 실험을 진행하였고 신뢰할만한 화염 검출 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.
In this paper, we propose a fire image analysis system essential for simulated fire experiments. The system configuration includes an automatic CCTV image analyzer and a digital timer system to synchronize fire progress with other sensors. The automatic image analyzer is based on YOLOv5 deep learning and implemented to learn mainly from flame images that appear mainly in the fire experiment process. In the entire system, deep learning fire image analysis is triggered by a digital timer clock and designed to be synchronized with other sensors. Various image analysis and post-processing improvement experiments were conducted to increase the reliability of the implemented detection system, and reliable flame detection performance was confirmed.

This paper deals with the economical equipment control which is used by internet network system at the industrial workplace. If the control devices can be accessed by internet, we can have the developed possibility of work conditions. In this paper, we presented the advanced digital timer which has a communication function to control and observe panel to realize control solution based on internet to be easily applicable at workplace with low cost. and we used 485 serial communication module to have parallel expansibility and safety. And, this system was experimented and designed for easy system management and status check from remote station through internet As the result of experiment, the circuit configuration would be more simplified than the existing, and it is expected that multi connection control and monitoring can be simply implemented with low cost equipment at industrial workplace.

Recently, with the advancement of internet network the system has been needed to be controllable and observable through internet at industrial workplace. In this study, we developed the digital timer which has a communication function to control and observe many kinds of devices by combining relay and timer used for each type of control panel to realize control solution based on internet to be easily applicable at workplace with low cost and adding 485 serial communication module to have parallel expansibility and safety. And, this system was experimented and designed for easy system management and status check from remote station through internet. appling the developed digital timer to parallel sequence control of motor. As the result of experiment, the circuit configuration would be more simplified than the existing, and it is expected that multi-connection control and monitoring can be simply implemented with low cost equipment at industrial workplace.
