본 연구는 간호학 전공자를 대상으로 디지털 대전환 시대에 주요하게 부각되고 있는 디지털 역량과 디지털 윤리의식의 수준을 확인하고 창의융합 역량에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 충청권역 일개 대학의 간호학 전공자 173명이었다. 자료수집은 대상자의 일반적 특성을 포함한 디지털 역량, 디지털 윤리의식, 창의융합역량 척도로 구성된 구조화된 설문지에 의하여 진행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 디지털 윤리의식, 디지털 역량은 창의융합역량에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간호사는 임상 현장의 복잡한 문제를 해결하고, 다양한 문제를 가진 환자를 간호하는 데 있어서 창의융합 역량이 요구되고 있으며, 이를 위해 간호교육의 방향도 디지털 역량 강화와 윤리의식 함양을 위한 교육이 요구되며, 창의융합 역량을 함양하기 위한 학습자 중심의 교수법과 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요한 시점이다.

This study was conducted to identify the levels of digital competence and digital ethical awareness—key factors emerging in the era of the digital transformation—among nursing majors, and to determine their impact on creative convergence competence. The study subjects consisted of 173 nursing majors from a single university in the Chungcheong region. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire composed of scales for digital competence, digital ethical awareness, and creative convergence competence, in addition to the subjects' general characteristics. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, employing t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that digital ethical awareness and digital competence had a significant positive effect on creative convergence competence. Nurses are required to possess creative convergence competencies to solve complex problems in the clinical setting and care for patients with diverse challenges. To this end, nursing education necessitates training that strengthens digital capabilities and fosters ethical awareness; furthermore, it is now necessary to develop learner-centered teaching methods and educational programs designed to cultivate creative convergence competencies.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대 대학생의 주요 역량인 디지털 역량과 창의융합 역량이 진로결정효능감에 미치는 영향을 전공 간 비교 관점에서 파악하기 위해 진행되었다. 충남 한 대학의 간호, 사회복지, 컴퓨터학과 재학생 417명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 디지털 역량 평균은 학과 간에 통계적으로 유의한 평균 차이를 보였다. 창의융합 역량은 학과 간 차이를 보이지 않았으나 진로결정효능감은 간호학과가 가장 높았고 학과 간 평균 차이를 보였다. 디지털 역량의 평균 차이를 확인한 결과 남학생, 고학년, 컴퓨터 관련 교육 경험, 인터넷의 윤리적 이용 경험이 있는 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 평균이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 디지털 역량이 창의융합 역량과 진로결정효능감에 미치는 직·간접 역량을 구조방정모형을 통해 확인한 결과 디지털 역량은 창의융합 역량과 진로결정효능감에 직접 영향과 창의융합 역량을 매개로 진로결정효능감에 간접영향을 미치고 있었다. 연구 결과, 디지털 역량 및 디지털 규범의 중요성과 제고의 방안을 제언하였다.

This study identified the effects of digital competence and creative convergence competence, which are main competencies of university students in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, on career decision efficacy from a comparative perspective between majors. The survey was conducted from 417 students in the nursing, social welfare, and computer science departments at a university in Chungcheongnam-do. As a result of analyzing the data, the average of digital competence was a statistically significant difference in the average between departments. Regarding the difference in digital competence, it was found that male students, upper grades, computer-related education, and experience in ethical use of the Internet had higher averages than those without. According to the result of structural equation modeling analysis, digital competence has a direct effect on creative convergence competence and career decision efficacy, and has an indirect effect on career decision efficacy through creative convergence competence. Finally, this study suggested appropriate ways to enhance digital competence and digital norm.
