현재 한국사회에서 주된 키워드로 자리잡은 4차 산업혁명은 사회 전반에 걸쳐 논의되고 있음에도 불구하고, 4차 산업혁명의 인문학적 기반이나, 그 근원지인 독일의 사회적배경에 관한 논의는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 따라서 독일 인더스트리4.0과 플랫폼의 사례를 바탕으로 우리나라의 4차 산업혁명의 추진 과정에서 인문학적지평을 논의할 필요성이 있음을 역설하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 4차 산업혁명을 정의하고, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 인문학의 역할과 가능성을 살핀 다음, 독일의 4차 산업혁명인 인더스트리 4.0이 발생한 배경을 인문학적, 경제적 관점에서 조망하였다. 이어서 보다 실제적인 고찰을 위해, 인더스트리 4.0의 추진 과정을 살피고, 최종적으로 인더스트리 4.0의 실제 도입 사례이자 핵심이라 할 수 있는 플랫폼과 그 실제적 결과물인 아르바이트 4.0이 가지고 있는 의의를 살펴보았다.

In the current Korean society, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the main subject of debate in society as a whole. However, there are relatively few discussions on the humanistic basis of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the social background of its origins. This article therefore emphasizes the need to discuss the humanistic horizon of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Korea. To do this, we first defined the Fourth Industrial Revolution and examined the role and possibility of humanities in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Then we looked at the background of the Industri 4.0, which is the fourth industrial revolution in Germany, in humanistic and economic terms. For a more realistic consideration, we looked at the process of Industry 4.0, and finally we looked at the platform, which is the actual case of introduction and core of Industry 4.0, and the implications of the actual result, part-time job 4.0.
