Protective effect of urokinase on reperfusion were studied followed by global ischemia in the isolated perfused rat heart. Separately, anti-platelet aggregation effect of urokinase also investigated. Urokinase exhibited positive effect for the protection of rat heart function by increasing the LV dp/dt, coronary flow(CF) and the Tate pressure product(RPP), and by decreasing the LVEDP on reperfusion. Urokinase also decreased arrhythmia by $74.7\%(P<0.05) induced by global ischemia in the rat heart. In the platelet aggregation study, urokinase did not show the inhibitory effect of ADP or collagen induced platelet aggregation inviuo and exvivo.
Efficiently Window Queries Processing in Dynamic Wireless Sensor Networks

Due to the proliferation of low cost wireless sensors, there is growing research interest in their applications, for example, in home healthcare and location tracking. However, due to sensors’ energy resource constraint, some possible applications of sensors have been restricted. In particular, in applications concerning deployment of mobile sensors in dynamic environments, high amounts of energy are consumed by sensors to maintain routing tables. Although existing methods have been proposed to query data from sensors without the use of any routing tables, these methods typically require redundant data to be sent back to the sink and not all of the aggregation functions could be executed precisely. In this paper, we modify an existing method to provide more accurate query answers and extend the lifetime of a wireless sensor network (WSN). According to our simulation, this method outperforms the existing method our approach modifies.

This paper proposes a method to realize sensor function allocation and effective data aggregation simultaneously in wireless sensor networks. This method realizes dynamic allocation of sensor functions so as to balance the distribution of each sensor function in a target monitoring area. In addition, effective data aggregation is performed by using a tree network topology and time division multiple access (TDMA), which is a collision-free communication scheme. By comparing the results from the proposed method with the results from non-optimized methods, it can be validated that the proposed method is 1.7 times more efficient than non-optimized methods in distributing sensor functions. With this method, the network lifetime is doubled, and the number of data packets received at a base station is considerably increased by avoiding packet collisions.
컨텐츠 메타데이터 통합 수집 장치에서의 중복 컨텐츠 필터링 기능 구현

무한 웹 컨텐츠 환경에서는 사용자의 컨텐츠 선택을 용이하게 하기 위하여 메타데이터를 다양한 방법으로 수집할 수 있다. 그러나 한 가지 방법으로는 메타데이터의 수신이 제한적이고 풍부한 메타데이터 수신을 위해서는 다양한 방법을 이용해야 한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 메타데이터 수집 방법들을 통합하는 장치를 제안하고, 통합 메타데이터의 품질 향상을 위해 통합과정에서 발생하는 중복 메타데이터의 필터링 방법을 제시 및 검증한다. 구체적으로는 현재 웹 상에서 다양하게 제공되고 있는 메타데이터 수집 기능들을 분석하고, 통합 장치의 개념적인 구조를 제시하며, 웹 상에서 많이 보급되고 있는 RSS Reader를 통해 메타데이터를 수집하고 이를 토대로 분석하여 중복 컨텐츠를 판단하는 방법을 제안하였다.

Equipment failures create unnecessary lead time throughout the logistics supply chain. It is known that the probability of occurrence of a failure continues to change over its total life. Therefore, a failure function is required. In this study, the failure function was derived using the data of electric forklifts of domestic logistics companies. The Bayesian aggregation method, which can simultaneously reflect various characteristic information, was used to derive the failure function. In addition, a periodic preventive maintenance model was additionally established through the construction of the Mean Time Between Failure(MTBF) model. This study is meaningful in that it is designed to automatically find the optimal value in estimating the characteristic parameters of the Bayesian aggregation model. The results of this study can be used universally in all fields of equipment operation. It is expected to improve the stability of the supply chain.
