본 연구는 생성형 AI 페르소나와 인간 전문가 기반 G-MADE HIVE 협력형 경관 사전심의 지원모델을 개발하고 적용 가능성을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경관 사전심의와 AI-Human Hybrid 이론을 고찰하고 전문가 집단, 시민집단, 검증 패널 및 Multi-AI Expert Cluster 기반 연구모델을 설계하였다. 연구 결과 인간 전문가는 공공성, 장소성, 시민 체감성 등 가치 중심 해석 특성이 강하게 나타난 반면, 생성형 AI는 기준 검토와 구조적 분석 중심 특성이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 특히 인간 전문가는 도시 맥락과 생활 기반 경험 해석에 강점을 보였으며, 생성형 AI는 반복 검토와 설명 가능성 측면에서 우수한 특성을 보였다. 이에 본 연구는 건축, 도시설계, 조경, 정책 등 전문 분야별 생성형 AI 페르소나와 ChatGPT·Gemini·Claude 기반 Multi-AI Expert Cluster를 적용한 G-MADE HIVE Evaluation System을 제안하였다. 또한 전문가 집단, 시민 집단, 검증 패널이 단계적으로 연계되는 다층 Hybrid 협력심의 체계를 구성하여 기존심의 구조의 한계를 보완하고자 하였다.

This study developed and examined the applicability of the G-MADE HIVE collaborative landscape pre-review support model based on generative AI personas and human experts. A research framework integrating expert groups, citizen groups, verification panels, and a Multi-AI Expert Cluster was established based on landscape pre-review and AIHuman Hybrid theories. The results showed that human experts excelled in public value and contextual interpretation, whereas generative AI demonstrated strengths in criteria-based review, structured analysis, and explainability. To address these complementary characteristics, the study proposed the G-MADE HIVE Evaluation System using domain-specific AI personas and a Multi-AI Expert Cluster based on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. The proposed model integrates expert groups, citizen groups, and verification panels into a multilayer Hybrid review system.
