Combined with the shared similarity among multiple source images and depth of field in a camera, a new image fusion algorithm based on nonsubsampled shearlet transform (NSST) domain is proposed. First, NSST is utilized for decomposition of the source images, the low frequency coefficients is fused by weight votes in the structure-driven regions by using shared similarity and depth of field (SSSID), and then apply larger sum-modified-Laplacian (SML) with depth of field to the high frequency coefficients, finally the fusion image is gained after we do the inverse NSST to the fused coefficients. The algorithm can not only preserve the information of the source images well, but also suppress pixel distortion due to nonlinear operations in transform domain. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art transform domain fusion methods on image quality and objective fusion criteria.

Cellular Mobile Communications have become an essential part of the world telecommunications. However, the systems suffer from multipath propagation effects. In this paper, we calculate the probability of symbol error rate and bit error rate of M-ary Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (M-QAM) over slow, flat, identically independently distributed Rayleigh fading and additive white gaussian channels. Since the fading is one of the major constraints in wireless communications, then diversity modulation technique is used for the efficient transfer of message signals. The simulation results show between SER/BER and energy per bit to noise spectral density.

As a two-way amplifier, TMB is located on the top of the tower outdoors, it plays an indispensable part in TD station. Besides amplifying the signals in the Radio- Frequency channels, TMB transmits pilot signals, detection signals and power signals between base stations. This article verifies involved indicators on one single board with regression analysis method based on previous tests of digital board and RF board in TMB. To improve prediction and accuracy in controlling, this article illustrates the interdependent relationship between input voltage of digital single board and sampling value by a deep analysis of simple linear regression and the mathematical model.
Dynamics Modeling and Simulation Analysis for Wood High-speed Motorized Spindle

In this paper, considering the main factor in the high-speed processing, including the mass of the spindle, the offset of the centroid, bearing span, bearing stiffness and spindle speed , a dynamic model of the spindle-bearing system is established. After carrying out a simulation by Matlab, vibration curve of the spindle-bearing system is obtained, and influence on the vibration characteristics of the spindle bearing system by the centroid offset is analyzed. These works provide the basis for further studies on the vibration mechanism of the high-speed motorized spindle.
Design of Wideband Inverted Sinc Shaped Monopole Antenna for Wireless Applications

A novel wideband inverted Sinc shaped printed monopole antenna is proposed for wireless devices. The proposed configuration not only realizes the monopole antenna in compact form but also depicts good radiation characteristics for wideband operations. A detailed parametric study has been carried out for different size of the ground plane, feed gap and Sinc strip length. By selecting the proper dimensions of ground plane, feed gap and Sinc strip length, the broadband operation for the proposed design can be achieved and the obtained impedance bandwidth covers the 2855-5081 MHz band. The proposed monopole antenna provides a wide frequency band of about 56% for wireless operation. The peak gain and efficiency of the proposed antenna are 4.05 dBi and 92.20 % respectively. Finally a prototype model is developed for the most effective configuration and the simulated results are validated experimentally. It is seen that the proposed antenna occupies small area and is suitable for operation at radio navigation, space research, amateur radio, aviation, public safety mobile, fixed mobile and fixed satellite communication frequencies.
Design and Study on Dynamic Measuring System for Field Surface Roughness

In order to explore the adaptability and relationship of planter to field surface roughness, dynamic simulated testing was carried out on working performance of the designed direct seeding machine in field. The designed dynamic testing system of field surface roughness is composed of the roughness test devices, two angular displacement sensors, data acquisition card and computer, etc.. Through field test, the two types of field surface roughness were detected on the original field surface roughness formed by the working chassis and the field surface roughness formed after planters work. The signals during testing were analyzed in time-domain and frequency-domain by using Matlab software. The transfer functions of the system were established, and the dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed. The results show that, the system is a linear one with the typical first order feature. The dynamic characteristics of the systems such as response speed, frequency bandwidth and thickness of covering soil and other performance indicators are able to meet the requirements of agricultural technology. The studied results provide a new method to explore the adaptability of the planter for field surface roughness, and provide technical references to study the overburden soil performance of the planter.
Design and Implementation of Mobile Video Surveillance System based on V4L2

Embedded technology, mobile streaming media technology, and Linux device driver technology have become a hot topic in the video surveillance field. In this paper, we designed a mobile video monitoring system on the basis of Android platform, accomplishing a camera device driver program, which complies with v4l2 standard on Linux kernel. The system consists of capture terminal, server and client. The capture terminal is used for video acquisition, video coding and transmission. The client connects the capture terminal through the mobile network by mobile telephone, pad and so on. We complete the tests of the capture and system function by building an experiment. It turns out that the monitoring function can be fulfilled by the mobile video surveillance system.
