In the business environment that has been changed rapidly, Information Technology became one of the most important ways for organizations to enhance their competitiveness. The ERP system introduced in 1980's began to be recognized as a substitute to solve problems of the existing information system. The ERP system enables organization to change their structure, therefore, organizations are able to adopt themselves in the new business environment. ERP system enables an organization to fully utilize management resources which has been obtained by performing the key management functions of a business. Therefore introduction of an ERP system is expected to increase the performance of an enterprise and to enhance the corporate the performance of and enterprise and to enhance the corporate value. However, building and ERP system does not guarantee the improvement of a business performance. For any information system to succeed, it is very important to understand and support technology acceptance factors of the corporate members. This paper analyzes the effect of organization characters and ERP characteristics on performance of ERP system. Through preceding studies, this paper adopted factors representing organization characters, ERP characters, and performance of ERP. Also based on characters, ERP characters, and performance of ERP.
