The purpose of this dissertation is to study of the anonymity manifested in the pastoral care. The life of lay believers and the church growth are affected by the anonymity. That is the presupposition of this study. In order to study of it, the definition of the anonymity, and the concept of it can be investigated in this dissertation. That is to say, in order to understand of it, this dissertation is investigated into it psychologically, socially, historically. In order to understand of the anonymity and of the reality, this dissertation is investigated into it manifested in the Old Testament and New Testament. Especially, this dissertation is investigated of the anonymity manifested in the Old Testament . For instance, the event of Adam and Eve hidden from the Lord after sinned against God and the event of the Achan’s sin. Furthermore, to analyze of the reality manifested in the Old Testament is done by the event of the healing of the commander Naaman. And to investigate into the anonymity manifested in the New Testament through the event of the healing of a woman who was sick of bleeding, the widow’s offering and the samaritan woman met with Jesus Christ at the well. As mentioned about the reality manifested in New Testament, For instances, the event of the Nicodemus and the good deed of Barnabas are mentioned. On the basis of the contents mentioned above, the suggestion of the anonymity in the modern pastoral care can be mentioned as follows. Firstly, the paradigm of the thought of the minister must be changed. Secondly, the form of the ministry and the system of the church must be changed. Thirdly, the strengthened spirituality must be required in order to take care of the anonymous lay believers in the 21 century.

본 논문은 목회돌봄에 나타난 익명성에 관하여 연구하는 것을 목적으로 삼았다. 익명성이 신자들의 삶과 교회성장에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이것이 본 연구의 전제이다. 이것을 연구하기 위해서, 먼저 익명성에 대한 일반적 정의를 내리고, 익명성의 개념을 정리하였다. 즉, 익명성의 심리적 이해, 익명성의 사회적 이해 및 익명성의 역사적 이해를 살펴보았다. 또한 익명성의 성경적 이해를 구약에 나타난 익명성과 실체성 및 신약에 나타난 익명성과 실체성을 고찰하였다. 특히, 구약에 나타난 익명성은 아담과 하와가 하나님 앞에 범죄 한후 하나님의 낯을 피하여‘숨은 것’과 아간이 여호수아가 이끄는 공동체에 피해를 입힌 사건을 통해 알아보았다. 더 나아가 구약에 나타난 실체성은 나아만 장군의 질병 치유 사건을 살펴봄으로 분석하였다. 또한 신약에 나타난 익명성은 혈루증을 앓은 여인의 치유 사건, 과부의 헌금 및 우물가에서 예수님을 만난 사마리아 여인의 사건을 통해 살펴보았다. 또 신약에 언급된 실체성은 니고데모와 바나바의 선행을 통해 실체성에 대해 논의하였다. 위와 같은 내용을 바탕으로 현대 목회 돌봄에서 익명성에 대한 대안을 간략하게 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 익명성에 대한 목회자의 사고의 틀이 전환되어야 하고, 둘째, 목회형태와 교회구조가 새롭게 변화되어야 하며, 셋째, 목회자의 영성 강화로 21세기에 익명성 신자들을 돌보는 것이 요구된다.
