This thesis is that is researched on the management status and developmental alternatives of Korea community social welfare center. In local government period , The community welfare center is suggested various program development, proper community peculiar merits by community people namely. Community people have many concerns and expects. I want to study it how to be managed, what the matter is. They want to know how to operate social welfare work, I want to suggest it if the matter is being in community itself, what about is remedy alternatives. The alternatives suggested as follows to problem solving and to execute role of complex welfare center. First, it is defined as community welfare concepts and legal system. Second, It have to be considers benefits as to activation of expert marketing competitition and actualization budget support. Third, it established for remedy of estimated method and community unit welfare complex plan. Fourth, It has to be built community to take participating people in concerns matters. Fifth, it strengthens qualitative promotion drives of volunteer activity and function role of korean social welfare institution, social work association. Sixth, It constructs local unit welfare networks for activation of people participation, self-control enlargement of civil part, welfare information shared. Seventh, It is reformed of support concern formation in community, government agency , local autonomy unity and it is developed program about government, various welfare center works
