This survey was purposed to be clear the consciousness of the middle-aged about the cological elderly housing complex. The middle-aged 572 were collected for this survey. 70% of them were going to do the economic stocks for later life more than two types. The corelation coefficient between the degrees of interest and accommodation of the ecological elderly housing complex was positive, especially 4 interest factors and co-housing living of accommodation factors highly. 35.9% of them agreed to reside in the ecological elderly housing complex. The preference conditions were about 1 driving hour areas within the same province and ownership. The most reasonable time to enter in the ecological elderly housing complex was 'after their children's marriage'.
