- The Pusan Architectural Exhibition is the first local architectural exhibition taken place in Korea. From 1985 to 2005, it has been open to the public 23 times and the number of competitors has been increased from about 100 to 500 during that period. This is due mainly to increasing numbers of university in Pusan as well as to the remarkable changes in the management system. The purpose of this study is to review the management process conducted in Pusan Architectural Exhibition and to analyze the various aspects of its results. The study shows that the number of the competitors in consecutive years of 2006 and 2007 is decreased dramatically and the urban theme of the exhibition like ‘... Urban’, ‘... City’ is the reason and the due day of July or July or September earlier than the other years keeps students from preparing their works sufficiently enough within the time bound, taking the college courses and finalizing the drawings. It is also found that the frequently used words in the titles of their works of the latter term of the years are ‘Urban’, ‘City’, ‘Space’, ‘Connect’ and pertaining to urban.
