- Now a days, the combination of computer and mobile phone is a trend. Keypads are used
broadly as input device because these can be connected to information devices easily and be
strong to noisy with good mobility. Services of mobile phone, PDA, etc. will be increased according to the personal mobility, the development of radio technology, and the variety
of personal business. Overcoming the limit of information input by a small number of keys,
multi language processing and recognition, and the speed of key-in are required with user
oriented interface environment. A solution of above problems is the use of multi language
processing system by one intermediate language for internal computer processing. That is
Jeongeum(orthogonal phoneme) method. In this paper, we suggest a new design of
mobile keypad for multi language processing by Jeoneum method.
