- This paper suggests a new and simple Korean input method which enables foreigners input
Korean scripts not knowing Korean language. This method well applies the principles of Korean
consonants' hieroglyphic form and vowels' imitations of the world: with only 9 elements it
can input lots of Korean syllabic characters of the ancient and present. The input elements
makes it possible to array on mobile phones sets' keyboards. After increasing its inputting speed,
this method also can be popularized among Koreans.
