The purpose of the study was mento dance experiences, the study consists of a survey the differences between effects on self-efficacy, disciplinary applications, performance enrichment and each influence is followed there after among art stream oriented high school. The analysis of this study is six coed art stream oriented high school 299 students. The statistical methods were one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows; (1) based on gender, female students scored a higher average than male students for leadership qualities, negotiation skills, role taking and receptiveness. (2) self-efficacy obtained from mento experience and its influence shows that the role-taking factor plays an important part in the sustenance of activity of the sample. (3) the influence of mento experience on disciplinary
applications, that negotiation skills greatly influence a sample’s adaptability towards lifestyle and environment. (4)performance enrichment presented statistically strong correlation between leadership qualities and the number of participation in competitions, exposure capabilities and the number of participation in performances, receptiveness and disciplinary scoring. (5) performance enrichment show at present students who major in dance score higher in the number of participation in competitions, performances, dance related careers and in disciplinary scores, in comparison with students from other majors

본 연구의 목적은 예술계 고등학교 무용과 학생의 멘토 경험에 따라 자기효능감과 학과적응, 무용성취에 미치는 차이를 살펴보고 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 예술계 고등학교 6개교를 임의 선정하였고 자료분석에 사용된 인원은 총299명이며, 자료분석은 중다회귀분석과 일원변량분석으로 실시하였다. 연구결과는 (1) 성에 따른 멘토 경험 중 지도기능과 상담기능, 역할모형기능, 수용기능은 여학생이 남학생에 비해 평균값은 높았으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. (2) 자기효능감은 활동지속에 역할모형기능 변인만이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. (3) 학과적응은 생활적응과 환경적응은 상담 기능만이 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 교사적응과 학업적응은 지도기능만이 유의한 차이가 나타났다. (4) 무용성취는 대회참가횟수에지도 기능이 공연참가 횟수에는 노출 기능이 전공점수에는 수용기능 변인만이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. (5) 대회참가횟수와 공연참가횟수, 무용경력은 한국무용 전공학생이 높았고, 전공점수는 현대무용 전공학생이 높았으나 무용전공에 따른 하위변인은
차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
