After breaking down Sung-Su Bridge and Sam-Pung Department, inspection and maintenance of buildings in korea have carried out 26,459 buildings through the special law for building safety. It leads to reduce safety accidents and enhance the way of thinking for safety. By researching the current situation of safety inspection work process, this paper get a few problems :
no-exist standard form, the unsuitable work process, and so on.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of safety inspection and result in few problems. It can get the circumstance : what kind of buildings need to do safety inspection, how many inspection facility do, and the situation of detailed inspection and detailed safety diagnosis. To sum up, if we would solve these problems, it could increase the quality of building
maintenance for life cycle and get the long life of buildings with standard safety inspection.
