- A weight of apartment house rises in our country residing form every year and about 59% is apartment house until 2004. A weight increase of this apartment house is expect to continue forward by various kinds advantage of apartment house and increase. This apartment house occupies is item that remind the importance of energy curtailment in apartment house soon. Specially, expense is dominating much weights next to general administrative cost in distribution ration of management expense of apartment house is Heating Energy. It can say as the important matter that practice efficient energy administration in forward building grasping city gas consumption actual conditions in apartment house in this side.
Therefore, efficient administration of heating energy is important factor which relieve economical strain of tenants in apartment house. Therefore, 7 that treatise that country and city individual heating using city gas of Jinju area high-rise apartment that receive 2000 interval approval of use in 1990 with only 3,300 generation, wish to offer 3 that do central heating and cook by city gas to basic data for efficient energy administration of apartment house and insulating design way through all sorts investigation in many-sidedness degree after grasp only 2,506 generation's city gas amount used.
