According to the social changes. we need to prepare the facilities model for the youth leisure activities. The facilities model will be developed for various leisure activities and considering the regional balance. Therefore, a criteria of the leisure facility shell be developed systematically and theologically through improving the supports and operation direction by satisfying cultural needs of the youths according to the regional characteristics, and enforcing and supplementing youth related facilities and programs. To do this, there should be defined the concept of the youth leisure specified to perform the youth activities of special purposes such as various experiences, culture and art, sport, and environments. Additionally, specialized leisure programs according to regional characteristics should be developed firstly and the facility establishment plan should be depended on the regionally specialized program.

사회변화에 따른 청소년의 다양한 요구와 창의적인 여가활동이 가능한 활동 환경을 조성하기 위해서는 다양한 여가선용 거리를 제공하기 위한 청소년여가문화시설의 과학적이고 체계적인 설치기준과 한국청소년의 문화와 정서, 환경, 사회적인 배경에 적합한 모형이 개발되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 청소년의 여가문화시설에 대한 개념부터 재정리하여 합리적이고 체계적인 청소년여가문화시설 기준과 청소년여가문화시설 설치를 위한 기본방향을 제시함으로써 현실적 상황을 고려한 청소년의 감각과 지역특성에 적합한 청소년여가문화시설의 모형 구축을 위한 기초적인 제언을 하였다.
