The Moral Education takes aim at constructing the virtues or personality of agent . The virtues or
personality is not constituted of the separated reason, emotion and action but essentially integrated. The concept of Aristotelian Phronesis and Confucian Yi(義) and Se(恕) can explain the integration of virtues or personality and make the ways to the Moral Education clear. It refers to the process of choosing and deciding something good in the Human and Life of Human. The Moral Education on the basis of Phronesis or Yi and Se takes on the character of Practical Subject. And it must school children in the Ways of Human and Life of Human. The Method is called by the Constructivist Inquiry. And its approaches are dialogue, discussion, case study, narrative, story-telling, role-playing.

도덕교육은 덕과 인격을 교육하는 것이다. 그런데 덕과 인격이란 이성과 감정과 행동의 요소로 구분되지 않는, 근본적으로 통합적인 것이다. 덕과 인격의 통합성을 가장 잘 설명해주고 도덕교육의 근본 방향을 잘 밝혀주는 개념이 아리스토텔레스의 실천지이다. 유가에서는 의(義)와 서(恕)가 실천지 개념과 상통하는 개념들이다. 그것들은 인간과 인간 삶에서 선한 것을 인간 스스로 선택하고 결정하는 것을 가리킨다. 이런 실천지나 의와 서를 근본으로 삼는 도덕교육은 실기교과의 성격을 띠어야 하며, 인간 자체와 인간 삶 자체를 가르쳐야 한다. 그런 방식의 교육은 구성주의적 탐구여야 하며, 구체적인 접근방식으로는 대화, 토론, 사례연구, 내러티브, 이야기하기, 역할놀이 등이다.
