Oda regime began to negotiate with Kanto-Ohu's feudal lords for a part of measures on his breakout. Especially as a measure to cope with Uesugi, he established a close connection with influential feudal lords, Uesugi's wirepullers, Mogami, Ashina with Date and Ando as the central figures in the Ohu district and Kakizaki in the Ezo district. Also in the Kanto district as an early
measure to cope with Takeda and Hojo, and as a measure against Takeda after the alliance with Hojo, he established connection with influential feudal lords, Satake, Oyama, Tamura, Kajuwara, Mizutani, Ota, Tagaya, Utsunomiya, Minagawa, and Hojo. In addition to these connections , using the method helping them to find an official rank of the Court he proceeded with the policy
incorporating them to his regime. With the effect of this policy, Hojo the greatest feudal lord in the district of the East Japan made an expression,"If the marriage of Oda and Hojo is realized, the eight countries of Kanto which is the territory under my rule are rendered to Oda regime and Hojo may be incorporated to Oda regime."
However, after that, according as Oda nobunaga was murdered in Honno temple, direct military aggression by Oda regime was not accomplished in most of the Ohu district, which made the substantial reign by Oda regime, that is, the approval of territory and sovereignty by feudal lords undone. But as Date said that most of Ohu's feudal lords had already established the connection with Oda's regime, and he agreed to help the unification of the whole country by Oda's regime, most of Kanto and Ohu's feudal lords were compelled to help the Japan unification by Oda's regime. Accordingly, influential feudal lords such as Ashina, Onodera and Kakizaki called Oda nobunaga Uesama who is the name of a person to rule the whole country.
In view of this substance, we can know unexaggerated the sayings of Oda nobunaga and his son, nobutada that including the feudal lord of Tsugaru situated in the north of the Ohu district, several feudal lords rendered their own fine horses competitively, that several feudal lords of the Kanto district including the Hojo district paid a visit of subjection greeting and that several little islands of the East Japan were incorporated to Oda's regime. We can consider that most of the East Japan districts such as Kanto and Ohu were advanced towards Oda's regime in this period.
