- Some problems come from the difference between the Korean word order SOV and the basic Arabic word order VSO word order because some Korean translators prefer using SOV word order than VSO word order in their Arabic translation. And adverbs come in the head of the sentence in the translated articles in Arabic as they do in Korean, meanwhile they are normally used in the last part of the sentence in Arabic. So those translation styles are not normative. This study aims to survey and analyze how much the translated articles in Arabic are influenced by the Korean language. This study handles the translated articles in Arabic from the 1st to 10th of July, 2006 in the Arabic sites of the Arabic department of KBS, the Government Information Agency and Yunhap News Agency.
