for its improvement for higher effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to verify a problem of field practice in the commercial high school, to find out more effective strategy for it.
First, in recognition of necessity of field practice, both teachers and students realize that it is necessary.
Second, it needs an operation in the form of industry-school cooperation center which takes a part in arrangement of specified teacher and support agency in real field, employment department or practice department.
Third, it shows that the problem in field practice are, in turn, loss of learning right (trouble to continue study), unrelated major/interest, simple work and poor working circumstance, and human relationship. Also, it presents real operation status related to such problems and suggests the improvement plan.
1) Among the matter of field practice, loss of learning right appears due to an increase of the ratio of students who go on to university, therefore, the way to accomplish both securing learning right and having field practice is the discriminated field practice management for student going on to
university and worker.
2) For the matter that field practice is not related to major/interest, it shows any correlation between field practice and special subject, however, answer rate that it has no relationship is relatively high, hereafter, suggesting to promote the connection with major.
3) For the matter of simple work and poor circumstance in field practice, it should take more attention to working circumstance when selecting a company and increase the frequency of guidance tour.

현장실습은 과거 완성 교육에서의 획일적인 현장실습의 구조적 틀을 벗어나지 못하고 있기에, 현
장실습의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 문제점을 파악하고 개선의 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 현장실
습이 공업계위주로 실시되어 왔으나, 상업고교 현장실습의 운영에 관해 문헌 연구와 실증조사를 실
시하여 현장실습의 문제점을 확인하고, 이와 연관된 운영 현황을 파악하여 보다 개선된 효과적인
현장실습 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다.
연구내용은 현장실습이 나아가야할 이론적 틀을 기반으로 한 연구이며, 교사와 학생의 현장실습
의 필요성 인식에 대한 인식과 현장실습에서 전담교사의 배치와 현장실습 지원 기구 형태 등이 포
함되고 있다. 연구조사결과 현장실습의 문제점은 학습권 상실(진학에 지장)과 전공․흥미와 무관, 단
순노동과 열악한 근무환경, 인간관계 순으로 조사되었고, 이러한 문제점에 대해 개선점을 제시하였
다.
