Group Project, which requires the collaborative works among group members, can be an useful way in IT Education. In spite of the strong-points of group project, it should overcome the problems such as free-riders on the other members' efforts. In this point, this study attempts to know the relationships among personal characteristics, group characteristics, and educational performance.
Using organizational citizen behavior(OCB) as personal characteristics and information sharing and group organizing as group characteristics, this study established the research model about the relationships with educational performance and performed the empirical research.
As the results of this study, OCB has significant effects on both the two variables of group characteristics (information sharing and group organizing) and the two variables of educational performance. Also, information sharing has significant effects on group organizing and personal educational performance, and group organizing has a significant effect on the result of group project. On the basis of the results, this author provided the several suggestions for group project.
It can be meaningful that this results of this study emphasizes the importance of information sharing, group organizing among group members and the other factors such as OCB as well as knowledge or ability in group project.

그룹 구성원 간 협업이 요구되는 그룹프로젝트는 IT교육에 있어서 유용한 교육방법이라고 할 수 있다. 그룹프로젝트의 많은 장점에도 불구하고 과제수행 시 다른 동료의 노력에 무임승차하는 문제점을 극복할 필요성이 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 실증분석을 통해 개인특성요인, 그룹특성 그리고 학습 성과 간의 관계를 살펴보고 그룹프로젝트의 방향성을 제안하고자하였다.
연구결과 개인특성 요인인 조직시민행동은 그룹특성 및 학습 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그룹특성 내의 정보공유는 그룹구조화에 유의한 영향을 미치고 개인의 학습 성과에도 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 그룹구조화는 그룹의 프로젝트 결과에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 그룹프로젝트를 적용한 교육에 있어서 몇 가지 제언을 제시하였다.
이러한 연구결과는 조직시민행동과 같은 지식외적인 요인이 학습 성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점과 그룹 프로젝트 수행 시 그룹 구성원 간 정보공유와 체계화된 그룹 구조화의 필요성을 강조했다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 여겨진다.
