The industrial structure change is an essential factor for the economic growth and is a basic factor for the new industry. The production of goods is decreasing as time goes by, it is not because of the decreasing return but the slowing growth of demand.
For example, most of them have one or two housing electric machine are very functional and durable, it makes the demand slow. from the point of view, I analysis the relation between the industrial structure change and the economic growth in Korea and Japan On this treatise. I found the relation between the industrial structure change and the economic growth is showed more highly in Japan than that of Korea as a developing country.
The economic growth is related with industrial structure change in Korea.
The correction coefficient of last 10 years is more strongly indicated than that of last 5 years in Korea But it is highly indicated in 1990s than 1990s in the case of Japan. Now I can make a conclusion the economic growth is not bright because comparing with 1970s and 1980s.

경제성장은 산업구조의 변화를 동반하게 된다. 경제성장이 산업구조의 변화를 동반한다
는 관점에서 산업구조의 변화와 경제성장과의 사이에 어떤 관계가 있는지를 검증할 필요가 있다.
본고에서는 산업구조가 비슷한 한국과 일본을 통해 산업구조의 변화와 경제성장과의 관계를 분석했다. 분석 결과 산업구조의 변화와 경제성장률의 관계는 경제성숙기의 일본에서는 약하게 나타났고, 개도국인 한국의 상관관계 계수는 높게 나타났다.
일본의 경우는 1970년대에 비해 1990년대의 산업구조 변화가 높게 나타나 장래의 경제 성장률이 현재보다 높게 나타날 것으로 전망되며, 반면 한국의 경우는 90년대의 산업구조 변화가 70년대와 80년대에 비교해 급격히 저하되어 앞으로의 경제성장이 불투명하다는 결론을 도출했다
