Japan experienced a past 10 year for internal organs depression. Also the culture quality of the Japanese enterprise which during that time the internal organs depression sees it is thought
with the fact that due to themulti branch VIP, what is thought with the VIP of international
competitive power weakening. Currently being necessary to the Japanese enterprise the reform of
traditional enterprise culture is earnestly demanded. This time commercial law opening a court
has meaning which is important from like that meaning. During that time commercial law of
Japan several times extending portion opening a court with this time which it comes to accomplish but together general opening a court it is one only of standard of rebellion taxes.
The focus of this time opening a court is near the function where the company outside board of
director is important in the American elder brother management system which it does and the
system which is new came to make is point. Strengthens the supervision function of corporate
management with the international competitive power reinforcement is the objective with
transparent characteristic raising of corporate management. It is against the trade name
symbiotic problem of the new venture business and the big business and, the decision volume
problem of the enterprise and the public finance management issue back of the enterprise even
on this outside. It follows in this time commercial law opening a court and it does not write
during thattime in enterprise routine the effect which with the fact that it will go mad it is thought.
