The study on the teenagers' school violence have been taken in many ways, but haven't been given satisfactory results. Rather, the school violence is becoming not only collectivized and generalized, but also has been occurred continuously among class mates without any guilty
and its age group has been lowered as well.
Based on this recognition, the purpose of the study aimed at looking for practical ways in the aspects of social welfare works for the school violence. Therefore, I tried to analyze the
factors of the school violence which has been generalized and seriously increased, and sought
to have positive materials on them. For this, The following summarizes the results of the analysis on the research.
First, it appears that the individual factor to the school violence had a bad effect on the sufferer and injurer experiences and boy students were more exposed to the school violence than girl students when setting girl students as a standard group.
When it comes to the school-year, there were not much differences between the first grade
and the second grade, but the third grade students were respectively influenced by the school
violence and this results were adjusted the first grade as a standard group. In case of a school
record, high-ranking students who have been sufferers don't be affected in their school
achievements, however, injured students in the middle and low- ranking groups were largely
influenced by the school violence.
Second, the analysis applied the home environment factor showed that parents' harmful acts
to their children, fights between husband and wife, and domestic economy had lots of effects
on the sufferer students. On the contrary, injured students received bad effects through parents'
violence to their children and fights between parents at firsthand. In other words, experiences
on any violence regardless direct or indirect ways significantly affected to both sufferers and
injurers.
Third, considering the school environment variables such as violent experiences from the
teachers and bad feeling for the schools, we could find out the fact that suffering students
were largely affected by the school violence. On the other hand, injured students were influenced
by violent experiences from the teachers and relationships with friends.
Fourth, it appears that the factor of the mass media affected seriously and directly to the teenaged sufferers and injurers contacting violent and harmful mass media.

본 연구는 청소년들의 학교폭력의 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 실증적인 자료를 확보함으로서 사회복지적 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 연구문제에 대한 분석결과의 요약은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 청소년의 학교폭력에 영향을 미치는 요인에 개인적 요인을 투입하여 살펴본 결과 피해경험과 가해경험에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 여학생을 기준집단으로 하였을 때 남학생들이 여학생들에 비하여 학교폭력에 노출되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 학년의 경우 가해경험과 피해경험에서 모두 1학년을 기준집단으로 하였을 때, 2학년은 차이를 나타내지 않은 반면 3학년에서는 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학업성적의 경우 상위권을 기준집단으로 하였을 때 가해경험에서는 영향을 미치지 않지만, 피해경험의 경우 중위권과 하위권에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 가정 환경적 요인을 투입하여 살펴본 결과 가해경험에 부모의 자녀폭력, 부부간의 폭력, 가정경제수준이 가해경험에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났으며, 피해경험에서는 부모의 자녀폭력, 부부간의 폭력이 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 폭력을 직·간접적으로 경험한 경우 가해경험과 피해경험에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
셋째, 학교 환경적 요인을 투입하여 살펴본 결과 하위 변수들 가운데 교사로부터 폭력경험, 학교에 느끼는 감정이 긍정적이지 못할 경우 가해경험에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 피해경험에는 교사로부터 폭력경험, 친구와의 관계가 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 요인임을 알 수 있었다.
넷째, 대중매체 요인으로 대중매체 폭력 접촉도가 청소년의 학교폭력 가해경험과 피해경험에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 요인임을 알 수 있었다.
